Injustice Department Goes to Bat for Muslims Once Again

Under Comrade Obama, the Justice Department is too busy to prosecute baton-wielding thugs who attempt to scare Caucasians away from the polls. There are more pressing issues — like the case of the rookie Muslim teacher who discovered that even with the extensive time off that makes her profession such a magnet for the unindustrious, she would have to wait years for the Haj to fall during a school break before making a pilgrimage to the Magic Meteor.

Critics of a U.S. Justice Department lawsuit on behalf of a Muslim teacher in Illinois say it is politically motivated.
Government lawyers filed the religious discrimination suit in December on behalf of Safoorah Khan, The Washington Post reported Wednesday. Khan quit her job in Berkeley, a suburb of Chicago, when she was refused time off to make a pilgrimage to Mecca.
Critics say Khan was requesting a three-week absence, well beyond the usual accommodation to employees' religion, and the Justice Department should not have become involved. They suggest the Obama administration filed the lawsuit in an effort to reach out to U.S. Muslims.

"Reach out to Muslims?" More like "push pandering to Muslims to the last extreme of absurdity." At least no one is left wondering whose side our rulers are on.
