A Picture Is Worth 1,000 Words

Tax-loving, stimulus-cheering, gay marriage-supporting, card check favoring, friend of ACORN Moonbat Republican Dede Scozzafava and her sandal-wearing, shower-averse, hippie supporter.

"Republican" candidate for New York's 23rd Congressional District scored another important endorsement today... that of Daily "Screw 'Em" Kos.

Also, her campaign is smearing the reporter she sicced the cops on for daring to ask her questions at a political event.

Polls say she can't win, but the local Republican establishment would rather lose the seat to a Democrat than admit they made a mistake and pull out their anointed far-left Republican.

OT: The good stuff has arrived!

Is there *any* question that the two parties provide voters with a false choice? They feign deep disagreement on the cable shows, and by being such good actors, they succeed in convincing so many that there is somehow a meaningful choice between them. Meanwhile, the establishment places just enough lefties as faux conservatives to ensure the omnipresent plan, our inexorable march toward statism. Or is that oblivion?

"sandal-wearing, shower-averse, hippie supporter."???

"Shower-averse"?? Did you smell him or is this one more example of your omniscient abilities?

His pants look clean. His beard seems to be trimmed. Are sandals only worn by people you disagree with?

And really, what is with the use of the word "hippie" anyhow? Why not show how utterly out of it you are and call him a beatnik? Oh I know, the tuque is out of place. If he had worn a beret THEN you could call him that. Very hip daddy-o.

But "hippie"?? Where's the glassy stare? Where's the beads? Where's the tye-dye?

Besides, it was the Yuppies, the Weathermen and the SDS who were politically active. All the hippies did was turn on, tune in and drop out.

On-Topic: Greg of Y, you're my hero! This very funny photo was from this morning in my town. It's been called (on local call-in shows) an "embarassing FAIL," and "Dede's little speech there." She did this in front of Hoffman's headquarters. Look at what a dumpy cow she is, too.

Rally tomorrow with Dick Armey here, and GH on Beck radio today and TV on Thursday. Signs popping up all over yards. That's my news.

Stereotype: Leftists suck at debating real ideas, but excel at semantic nit-picking.

Status: Confirmed.

Sounds like Lao got some sand in his vagina this morning...

Posted by: Henry at October 21, 2009 10:13 AM

lolz*250, there's your 1,000. looks like she just found out her girlfriend cheated on her.

Posted by: weewilly at October 21, 2009 10:19 AM

Yuppies are clumped together with Weathermen and the SDS? I have to wonder how young this Lao troll is.

Liberals have no sense of humour so here its evident that Scuzzy really is a democrat; i.e., even though the situation is pretty funny, she isn't laughing.

Sandals with pants? Are you MAD?

Sandals with pants? Are you MAD?

Posted by: Teh Gheys at October 21, 2009 10:43 AM

LOL! Well what do you expect from a group that considers THIS "Best Dressed"?

Posted by: Nunya at October 21, 2009 10:53 AM

Ooops, typo, I meant Yippies.

Posted by: Lao at October 21, 2009 10:53 AM

she could use a good underwire...

No underwire is THAT good, nancz! ;)

Posted by: Judith M. at October 21, 2009 11:11 AM

his sign speaks volumes as when you accuse you are usually doing what you're protesting... it's like the opposite world. this moonbat is a good libtard and his sign is cute... hoffman is not the liar it's dede scozzafava and her progressive monkeys on the left.

Posted by: edward przydzial at October 21, 2009 11:29 AM

I wish the hippies would turn out - permanently. A shot glass full of LSD would do the trick.

Posted by: Mousey Tongue at October 21, 2009 11:31 AM

Hey, Lao, I was there. He did smell. It was also 42 degrees, not flip-flop weather.

Posted by: Karin at October 21, 2009 12:29 PM

If the conservative Hoffman wins this district with solid conservative Republican support; this election could trigger a national trumpet call to the national Republican Party to field and support only conservative candidates. I hope the conservatives in this district see what's at stake and vote accordingly. Even so, I think the national Republican Party is getting the message that we will not support RINOs.

Posted by: apostle53 at October 21, 2009 12:32 PM

This guy is most likely a Hoffman supporter and his sign means a message from Hoffman.

Posted by: AlexD at October 21, 2009 12:56 PM

This hoffman must be some liberal leftists all those signs their carrying are red

Posted by: Spurwing Plover at October 21, 2009 12:56 PM

With this NY election in full swing, expect an email form Michael Steele soon talking about some budget crisis from last month...

Until we get as nasty and dirty as the communist are, we won't win anything...

Posted by: Buffoon at October 21, 2009 1:34 PM

Alex D, that is a legitimate alternative explanation.

Posted by: Gregory of Yardale at October 21, 2009 1:41 PM

I think you're right, AlexD. There is a colon after "Hoffman" which makes it look like Hoffman is saying "Quit Lying."

Posted by: Judith M. at October 21, 2009 2:05 PM

yeah, i don't think ANYONE was there supporting this wildebeest.

Posted by: weewilly at October 21, 2009 2:23 PM

I saw that, too, Judith. But considering that moonbats have a piss-poor grasp of punctuation, it's not really proof either way.

Posted by: V the K at October 21, 2009 2:30 PM

In many ways the Republican Party has lost it's way. Obviously this is Dede Scozzafava's illustration of that point. Conservatives have long counted on Republicans. But the GOP went their own way. Now Liberals like Dede Scozzafava and Arlen Specter have joined their opposition party, the GOP, in order to debase its roots.
The GOP is full of Liberals
Suggestion: Vote Them All Out.

Liberal Republican...isn't that an oxymoron? Or Moron at the very least?
Oh well. The GOP has nothing for me anymore, and the demtards have even less.

"Assemblywoman Dierdre Scozzafava “felt concern for her safety”

No she didn't. She felt concern that she'd have to answer a question she didn't want to hear. Calling the police was just a backhanded attempt to scare the reporter, and to send out a message to other people in the media that you shouldn't challenge her. It also shows what an arrogant, weak, unfit-for-office, elitist clack-dish she is.

I'd say she should be charged with false reporting of an incident.

To paraphrase one of my favorite presidents:

"I didn't leave the Republican party, the party left me."

I have no sense of humor at all, and even less analytical ability.

Guys, take it easy on me. Lashing out at you on this website is all I have.
