Even CNN Sees Through Obamanomics

Even CNN has dropped the absurd lie that Comrade Obama's rule is going to mean lower taxes for anyone:

The more the country lives on a credit card, the more it makes itself beholden to the demands of its creditors — many of which are overseas. The danger is that buyers of U.S. debt could become concerned that the country is running too high a balance. If so, they will demand higher interest rates — thereby making the country's debt problem worse — or they'll put their money elsewhere.
At that point, things would get ugly.
"Taxes would rise to levels that would make a Scandinavian revolt. And the government would not be able to provide anything but the most basic public services. We would no longer be a great power (or even a mediocre one), and the social safety net would evaporate," tax policy expert and Syracuse University professor Len Burman wrote in a recent op-ed cheerfully titled "Catastrophic Budget Failure."

So much for the supposed security of turning everything over to the government.

Chairman Zero ran on a platform of tax cuts for 95% of Americans. To the morally bankrupt who don't mind looting the most productive, it sounded like a good idea. But there's only so much you can steal from "the rich." Taxes will be going through the ceiling for each and every one of us to pay for Obama's massive wealth transfers.

His plans to soak the rich would raise only $600 billion over ten years, while the deficit will be at least $9 trillion. Annual deficits will reach 82% of gross domestic product by 2019.

Either we really are witnessing the Cloward-Piven strategy being used to destroy capitalism, or we will soon see levels of taxes that will impoverish the entire country, even as Big Government withdraws its promised services. Most of the taxation will come in the form of inflation and a value-added tax, both of which will hit every last one of us — even the corrupt dopes who thought they were voting for a free ride on someone else's dime.

Last week, some anonymous leftard was screeching, "You want Obama to fail! You're unpatriotic." This anonymous moonbat refused to consider that

The truth is, I don't want the country to fail. No one does. I want the economy to recover so I can sell my house and move. I want the economy to recover so that my kids can get good jobs and have good lives.

I don't see any of this happening under the crushing levels of spending, debt, and taxation the Obama Regime is planning.

Why is that so hard to understand?

It isn't either/or; it's both. The Obamunists goal is to destroy America and create a socialist workers paradise.
People who are impoverished and scared are easy to control and that is the ultimate goal-raw, naked, unrestrained power wielded for powers' sake.

I think Liberals are trying to prove their theory that Socialism/Communism hasn't worked in the past because it wasn't applied correctly, but THIS time things will magically be different.

No one of normal intelligence ever believed that "tax cuts for 95% of the population" crap. Only Obamanauts were that stupid.

And yes, I most definitely want Obama to fail. I want him to ingloriously crash and burn, with future generations spitting when they say his name. That's because I want America to succeed.

To draw a picture the whole economy of a developed country like America is like a huge complex machine. It has a lot of pulleys and gears meshed and turning at different speeds with feed back loops and controls so that there is balance and controls. Power comes in from an engine or generators and is consumed as it drives the extremely complex system to run. There are valves, and switches, and control levers, and fuses. There are shutoffs and rheostats and sequences of things to do to balance the machine for maximum output. Now imagine a whole bunch of monkeys or maybe drunken teenagers (same thing), playing in the machine. They push buttons, pull levers, and mess with keyboards. They don't have a clue what they are doing, but they giggle or chitter at the funny noises and screetching sounds as parts of the machine start to self destruct.

And this is the whole Obama administration messing with America.

LittleMissPerfect, even the Liberal Lyin' thought he could make Socialism work (from WND):

Ted Kennedy always was a socialist – and he actually admitted it on the floor of the Senate Jan. 20, 1995.

I've never seen this revelation before, though it has been a matter of public record all these years – published, as it were, in the Congressional Record. I was amazed to find it in a book by Republican political consultant Marc Nuttle called "Moment of Truth."

Here is how the Kennedy admission came about.

Economist Milton Friedman was testifying before the Senate Judiciary Committee in favor of a national constitutional amendment for a balanced budget. Kennedy argued that a requirement for a balanced budget would restrict the federal government's power and its ability to spend – thus, he said, Washington's role in more fairly and equitably distributing wealth, goods and services.

"Senator, socialism hasn't worked in 6,000 years of recorded history," explained Friedman. "Why won't you give up on it?"

Kennedy rose to his feet, according to Nuttle, who attended the hearing, and replied: "It hasn't worked in 6,000 years of recorded history because it didn't have me to run it."

I can't wait to see the pocket-pickers when the whole 'safety net' BS caves in.

People like me will always be able to find a way to make a living and keep our families fed and clothed. When all the lazy asses and dumb folks suddenly find that they aren't going to be driving Cadillac Escalades the result will be priceless.

Your little ditty reminded me of "Airplane II" when Ted Striker (Robert Hays) is barreling in to the moon base on the space shuttle and CDR. Buck Murdock (William Shatner) screems into the radio to "PUSH A BUTTON, PULL A LEVER!". Are we starring in "Airplane III, The YAKass" (The YAK is an old commie plane). Lets hope Ted Striker (Sarah Palin) can save us this time from nose diving at warp factor 9 into the ground with the YAKass.

Spoiler: The YAKass was fueled up with pink dolphins, pixie dust, rainbows, unicorns and a lot of Hopey McChangey. The ground crew are a bunch of hippies who picked the wrong week to stop sniffing glue

Or are we flying on the "Mitzar", the flying Pinto? Google it.

The day that CNN consistently starts to ask tough questions of Barry and his minions -- like what's up with all these "czars" answerable to no one but Barry -- I'll believe they're not part of The Great Lie that is liberalism and Barry's marxist push.

I am told, and it may be apocryphal, but the interview went like this:
Mr. President, Can you summarise your policy on the cold war?
Reagan: Policy? Policy? Oh, yeah, policy. We win, they lose.

"even the corrupt dopes who thought they were voting for a free ride on someone else's dime." Reality will especially hit those morons, which will be a fitting bit of poetic justice despite everyone else's misery. Shame is that by electing this incompetent empty black suit, we've been set back years where productive people could have built more wealth and prosperity for so many.
