What in the hell is the student in the picture talking about?

As if that's a barrier in the age of ACORN.

Does anyone see just one WHITE person in the crowd?

Posted by: JoeShmoe at May 29, 2009 8:43 AM

Maybe their represion [sic] stems from not getting elected "Prom Queen" like Sergio.

In any case, I am sure his rich latino life experience makes him eminently qualified for a Supreme Court appointment.

I don't believe are schools have a problem and if it did their skin is too dark for me to care.

One of my sisters is a teacher in Colorado (and unfortunately an NEA member - she needs to be in order to work and have insurance), and last year when the Hispanics had their mass protests, several of her students were absent.

The following school day she requested the appropriate absence notes, and was told that. ‘we don’t need notes – you know where we were’. To that she replied that, yes, she understood that, but the rules still call for a note, otherwise it is an unexcused absence and will be dealt with accordingly.

To which the offending students replied…..wait for it………you’ll never guess where this is going……………ah, you’ll never see this one coming………..……”Raaaacist!!!!”

Let's see, four words, two mispellings. He better hope they're grading on a curve.

LOL - dangit - no spell check for "life" :))

Posted by: Heather M at May 29, 2009 10:02 AM

They don't need no stinkin' education!

When kids make it to this age in school and still can't spell simple words, do their "teachers" ever get scrutinized?

Did you do a poster for atzlan?

Note the guy in the lower right puking his guts out. Or maybe he's just LAUGHING at his buddy's sign.

Posted by: KHarn at May 29, 2009 2:06 PM

Come to think of it, the guy on the LEFT looks like he's laughing.

I didn't preview my post. I tried to highlight "ARE" but deleted half the message.

I know dozens of primary and secondary teachers who already got the pink slip this year.

GREAT! I considered them to all be totally worthless. Several taught my two young men, and despite a totally extreme left public school agenda, both young men turned out much better than all of their many friends, who did not have conserative parents to counter what the schools were socializing them towards.

FIRE MORE CA TEACHERS! BREAK THE CA TEACHERS UNION AND NEA, NOW!

"We are so screwed"...as a retiring middle school teacher in a Catholic School, it is not always the fault of the teacher(s). To reword an old saying; "you can lead a student to education, but you can't make them learn". My experience has been one of totaly uncaring students and enabling parents. Thankfully I'm getting out with some semblence of my sanity intact.

No one's commenting on the girl in the background wearing her backpack backwards?
