Media's Absurd Deification of Marxist Punk Continues

If you were hoping that with the election over, we would no longer be inundated with the media's nauseating deification of the leftist punk it has installed in the White House, you may be in for more disappointment. Here's how Time's coverage of the Moonbat Messiah's Ascension begins:

Some princes are born in palaces. Some are born in mangers. But a few are born in the imagination, out of scraps of history and hope.

If you can read the whole piece, you've got a stronger stomach than I do.

The good news: the heavier they pour it on, the angrier the backlash will be when people realize what they've been duped into voting for.

obama god of the moonbats
The moonbat media keeps laying it on.

On a tip from mega.

I read the first page, holding on as long as possible, keeping my stomach in check. I think the "unleash a wave of blue" part really got to me, but when I mad it to the bottom, hyperventilating, in an effort to keep my breakfast down, I saw "next page, 2,3". no...No....NOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!

Yep, it won't be long before the Obama bubble bursts, then all these fools will look like, well, fools.

Posted by: chad at November 7, 2008 10:06 AM

Why is his face so puffy on the TIME cover? It looks like hes morphing into John McCain.

Posted by: Anonymous at November 7, 2008 10:11 AM

I read the entire thing....some interesting statements pulled:

"Barack Hussein Obama did not win because of the color of his skin. Nor did he win in spite of it. He won because at a very dangerous moment in the life of a still young country, more people than have ever spoken before came together to try to save it. And that was a victory all its own."

This article points out that voter turnout was about the same as the last!

"Obama got up in his tightened tie and with total focus, in front of a teleprompter so he'd be sure to get it exactly right, delivered what even skeptics called one of the great political sermons of our time."

Maybe because he can't think on his feet?

"...Over time, it's become clear that these men view change very differently. McCain sees change as an ordeal, a test of his toughness; Obama sees it as an opportunity, a test of his versatility. McCain sees change as reforming the system; Obama talks about rebuilding it from the ground up."

Rewrite the constitution?

"Yet Obama, derided as so ethereal compared with the battle-tested McCain, was the clear-eyed realist in the room; he was a child of change — changed countries and cultures and careers, even his very name: Barry became Barack."

I knew there was something to that birth certificate thingy!

"And the repudiation of President Bush and his allies ensures that the conservative movement will have to sit in a circle, hold hands, light some incense and figure out what its members really believe in when it comes to putting their principles into practice."

With the exception of holding hands and burning incense, I'll have to agree with this one.

"We get the leaders we deserve. And if we lift them up and then cut them off, refuse to follow unless they are taking us to Disneyland, then no President, however eloquent, however historic his mandate or piercing his sense of what needs to be done, can take us where we refuse to go."

I assume then, the past eight years refusals must have been for stuff like free popcorn. I want my popcorn! NOW

Obama and his 5 million "Green" jobs.

The most telling part of this article is the end.

"The Apollo Alliance, a San Francisco coalition of environmental and labor groups, also released a study in September. It concluded that five million green jobs could be had with an investment of $500 billion -- more than three times Mr. Obama's number.

Kate Gordon, co-director of the Apollo Alliance, says the numbers are less important than the message. "Honestly," she says, "it's just to inspire people.""

The numbers are less important thatn the message??? Just to "inspire people" ??? Yikes! This is the kind of thinking that is classic Obama. Kate would fit right in at the Whitehouse.

Soon it will be "Oh! How the mighty have fallen!," as the drones who voted for this non-entity realize that he is, in fact, a non-entity. Might take awhile to penetrate the density that is their collective brain, but penetrate it will. First time he disappoints them, the doltish masses will turn on him like the rabid dogs they are and tear him to pieces (figuratively speaking, of course!).

I note that it's already started (within 3 days of his coronation . . . er, election), with his selection of various thug Clintonoids for high positions in the new reign . . . er, administration -- hilarious! As the wise man once said: "The more things change, the more they remain the same." Couldn't possibly be truer in the case of the forthcoming Obamanation, "Change" personified!

Im waiting for Oprah to start up her TV network - She will probably change the name from "OWN" TO "OBAMA" and feature all Obama all the time.

And the logo will be Obamas campaign logo.

Of course this network will be in direct competition with MSNBC.

You're exactly right about the backlash, it's what happened on November 4th.

Posted by: ckerst at November 7, 2008 1:40 PM

If anyone doubts that racism is alive and well in American politics, the fact that more than 55 million people voted for McCain in spite of his negative, racist and politically vacuous campaign; his lack of charisma and terrible media performance; his scary choice of running mate and inconsistent positions on virtually every issue of importance; and in spite of his obvious ineptitude for the bread and butter issues facing the majority of electorate should be proof enough. Being White and male gave him the handicap (in golf terms) that got him 50 million plus votes “just because.”

You are a fool. Perhaps your cries of "Racism!" will work with fellow liberals. It does not work so well with those who see little need of or value in doing penance for a sin they had and have nothing to do with.

There was not a single racist element to McCain's campaign, and you damn well know it. As for inconsistent positions, it was Mr. Obama that repeatedly changed his positions on issues, causing the poor shlubs who run his website to have to erase and revise portions of it over and over again.

As for "negative", it Mr. Obama's campaign that repeatedly made an issue of his own race, repeatedly and viciously attacked the family of Mrs. Palin, and repeatedly made ridiculous promises (only an idiot like yourself could believe that a politician who has never voted in favor of a tax cut in his career is going to add a trillion dollars to the federal budget without raising taxes) to reel in suckers such as yourself.

In closing, it's truly a testament to your character and judgment that Mr. Obama can be cozy with people like Rev. "God Damn America" Wright and Bill Ayers, but it is Mrs. Palin you consider to be scary.

Posted by: GeronimoRumplestiltskin at November 7, 2008 3:46 PM

Obama has an impossible task. He has to placate the radicals, his black supporters, the young dreamers, and those who expect him to be a Messiah! Obama will have to weave a center path. He also has to keep Pelosi in her place which may prove difficult. Yes, there will be a backlash and many in the media will turn against him. He also has the burden of being the first black president and MUST therefore be successful or else all the Democratic hopes will be dashed in coming elections.

Posted by: Ted at November 7, 2008 4:02 PM

>>But a few are born in the imagination...>>

At last, someone in the media admits that Obama was nothing but hype and publisity!

When a canidate says that RUNNING FOR THAT OFFICE constitutes his "executive experience", you should look for someone else to follow.

I was in the US Air force and studied aircraft history in my spare time. According to Obama's "logic" that makes me qualified to FLY A BOEING 767!

Posted by: KHarn at November 7, 2008 4:10 PM

Oh, another thing, BigBlackRod:

What are you going to do now? You do realize that with Obama winning the national election, grievance-mongers like yourself have lost your leverage in what had been an endless shakedown of America, right? Or do you still think that you can cry "Racist!" in order to get what you want?

Posted by: GeronimoRumplestiltskin at November 7, 2008 4:34 PM

We moved for McCain because of the content of his character, not the color of his skin unlike racist that judge solely on the color of one's skin. First Black President. Is that not a racist view based on skin color?

Posted by: IOpian at November 7, 2008 5:03 PM

"investment" = Government handout I'm sure. $500 billion, for 5 million employed return? sounds like a BARGAIN amirite?

Posted by: xantl at November 7, 2008 5:30 PM

Oh, another thing, BigBlackRod:

Exactly right GeronimoR. Now that we have an African-American ('clean') street-thug who weaseled into the office of the presidency, it’s going to get a lot harder for blacks to get anywhere crying about victimization. The only reason race-hustling extortionists like J Jackson or Al Sharpton exist is to perpetuate the victimization mythology, but now the mainline excuse for demanding tribute for past wrongs disappears with the BO ascendency.

You might note that Nebraska is going to do away with affirmative action – a mindless and indefensible plague that has destroyed incentive and perpetuated racism for decades.

So just like those imbeciles that didn’t get paid by the BO campaign for canvassing for “Him”, right about now it might be better to start thinking about pulling up your pants, turning off your television and turning out accountants instead of drug dealers.

This may come as a stupefying thud to a lot of BO supporters, but no one is going to fill your gas tanks for you.

I just don’t get conservatives. Most purport to understand and embrace capitalism yet fail to see you vote every day with the money you spend. Talk is cheap, whining pathetic. If you feel so strongly about your convictions then simply stop spending any money on anything which fuels liberalism. Until you do, you are simply making and annoying noise. Truth is we as a Nation are moving to the left…just some of us are moving a bit faster than the rest.

Do you believe that's an "original idea" (even though you were, I assume, attempting to be facetious)? I'm WAY ahead of you - I've been "boycotting liberal" for years.

I pissed on Calipornia after 18 years there - sold at the top of the housing market and, hopefully, contributed to their real estate devestation which happened 18 months later because I was one of many who fled liberalsim.

You couldn't pay me to eat a Bigmac or drive a Ford because my money would go to support homosexual perversion.

I never buy GE anything.

I could give you a list a foot long, and you know what? The quality of my life is better because I have the satisfaction of know I'm not supporting jerks.

Posted by: Jimbo at November 7, 2008 8:48 PM

It isn't our side, the Right, that doesn't understand how democratic the market is. The free market is the most democratic institution on the face of the earth.

What's always gotten me is how people that take the moniker Democrat use their party to undermine the most democratic institution there is with command and control economics.

Why don't you guys get consistent and demand freedom in the marketplace? And the answer to that is ... you are being consistent - you don't really believe in freedom and you don't really believe in democracy. You believe in command and control. And, lying about who you are.

Hey fez - check this out:

Why don't you spend a little bit of time actually researching before you post? I realize that it is much easier to point to pretty pictures posted on politically charged websites, but a bit of reading could really do wonders. As a side note, there are other places a person can go to gather information - like, say a library. The internet is not the "be all end" for information. Actually seeing the proper use of grammar and punctuation in practice may assist you in clarifying your points.

Posted by: chillywilly at November 8, 2008 5:02 AM

Fez – I am simply trying to understand you. What is your motivation for coming to this blog? If you are here to actually debate, by all means bring it on. If you come here to agitate then I must admit you are highly successful. Your underlying cynicism of anything conservative is very well apparent in just about every statement you make. You come in with both guns blazing. Name calling and looking down your nose at what you consider rubes and rednecks has been your modus operandi. Your air of superiority is quite nauseating and has become quite humorous since you do struggle a bit with the English language. It is this paradox that I point out, and I can only speak for myself. I do not consider myself superior to you or anyone. I do enjoy a good debate. I do define a good debate as one were all parties are well researched and civil. It is possible to have differing opinions and still maintain a modicum of respect.

Posted by: chillywilly at November 8, 2008 6:01 AM

ah chilly willy, you must be new here.

So guess what hit the news today?

Your folk hero Joe the Plumber has been on welfare TWICE.

This makes sense. Any study done by the tax foundation, IRS, retc, shows that the most blue states (CT,MA, RI, etc) receive the LEAST welfare and ref states receive the MOST.

Living in Boston, I have never known anyone who received government assistantance (I'm not saying they don't exist, just I never knew any) except student aid for college. When I went to college down south, half the people I knew (as well as half my husbands southern republican family) had received WIC, food stamps, farm subsidies, or welfare.

Yet you morons think anyone with a brain s going to believe liberals are the scavengers? Kinda like how there's WAY more sex and gay scandals for Repubs than Dems.

How do you people even sleep at night, you're such freedloading hypocrits. Do you think that if you pretend to hate welfare that's going to through us educated elite Jewish Northern liberals with all the money off your trail? Like you think we'll take it away if we find out conservatives are actually the ones getting the most welfare that we'll take it away, so you create this complete myth that liberals are the ones on welfare so we'll keep it in place because we think it's our own who are benefitting? We'd let you have it no matter what. Just stop lying.

Oh wait, you're conservatives. That's impossible

Posted by: Serenda at November 8, 2008 9:09 AM

Rather, throw us, not through us. typo.

Posted by: serenda at November 8, 2008 9:12 AM

Well, knowing how to spell "hypocrites" is one thing that helps us sleep at night. I am curious about how Joe Wurzelbacher's information came to light. Did it result from one of those illegal searches of his records conducted by Obama-supporting Ohio bureaucrats? Is that the way things work in The One's America? Anyone who dares to question The Obamssiah is going to have the government dig into, and release, all his private matters?

Apparently, the politics of personal destruction are alive and well. Only now, the target is any American who dares to speak up against The One.

But I guess destroying people who stand in the way of Utopia is all for the common good, right? We the people should just shut up and let the elites decide for us. Dissent, it seems, has all of the sudden (since Tuesday) become un-American.

Posted by: V the K at November 8, 2008 9:28 AM

Good-morning Moonbatville! Did everyone get a good night sleep?

Wingnutcracker is indeed quite correct "Good debate? Well-researched and civil? A command of the English language? Modicum of respect?" let me say this ...a big, fat, loud HA!

Van Helsing sets the tone with the start of each thread with nothing but childish, hate filled, fermented crap, shit, fecal matter, turds ...not even lies, no attempt at starting a reasonable debate... just pure BS, adolescent name calling, "humorous"(not), crap, phtoshopped images... and there's no choice but down, down, down, from there...

....anyone who actually sympathizes the sentiment of these "ideas" presented on this sight is beyond redemption, there is no hope. Can you people look at yourselves and imagine a world created in your image? Where on earth would it fit in? I mean really ...where is it that your "ideals" have ever been put into practice? You appear to hate 90% of the human race ...where the hell do you people live anyway? It's good you despise most of civilization ...keeps you away the party... I do see there are occasional good points made by a few of you but mostly its "rabble, rabble, rabble" (you know, South Park?)

So I'm here to fuck with your minds and hopefully get a few of you hate the last 10%, yourselves included, and just shoot yourselves in the head.

NAWWW!!! Just kidding! I'm actually trying out a few ideas for my my own web-sight or radio show, haven't decided which. the way I agree we are in big, big trouble economically in this country and I do not think anyone, including Obama is going to be able do much about it and I certainly have no answers... the chickens are coming home to roost... I also think your fears of a socialist America are laughable... America is mostly run by and for extremely wealthy businessmen, including those in the military industrial oil complex, which Cheney just created a new batch of, and their descendants, and it's never ever going to change... not until end-o-times. I'm just looking forward to my next visit to Amsterdam... talk about people who know how to live! (and not fuck themselves over economically so much)

Posted by: fez at November 8, 2008 9:45 AM

It's also telling that a Democrat attacks someone for getting off welfare. I guess if you use public assistance to get through a rough spot, you're a parasite. But if you make a lifelong commitment to living off other people's taxes, you can become an activist heroine to the Progressive Left.

Posted by: V the K at November 8, 2008 10:02 AM

Serenda @ 9:09

By study, do you mean like something put out by, oh, say, the Department of Health and Human Services? You know, the welfare guys?

Please note Exhibit 3 (Per Capita Spending on Social Welfare and Non-social Welfare Functions), and then compare it to Exhibit 2 (States by Fiscal Capacity Quartile,
Measured by Average Real Per Capita Personal Income, 1977–2000). Note which states fall into the "Quartile 1" category, and how much that quartile spends per capita propping up leeche... er, I mean 'helping'. Helping buy votes I guess.

Hm.. We can haz comment moderation? Since (apparently) conservatives are all about Fascist crushing of dissent and free speech we might as well live up to our reputations and get the trolls off the site, no? Just a thought.

I like this site. I seldom go sites where everybody thinks the same; I wanna know what the White folks REALLY think. But, I gotta tell ya: when the majority is mostly of the same race, their decisions, preferences, and mindsets are usually going to be biased against other races. It's just a freak of nature that Obama won. Now, I know this is a long shot, but on the off-chance Obama starts to do a good job, I do believe I ain't gon' hear any accolades here. How's 'bout y'all prove me wrong? PEACE.

Actually, BBR, I think the majority are (quietly) praying to God that Barack proves US wrong, and turns out accomplish little or nothing of what he claimed he was going to do. A 'good job' depends on your definition of it... and I doubt we would define that the same way.

You're right, Hiram; it's like the divide between Black and White evangelicals, it's hard to tell we are supposed to be worshipping the same Jesus. Y'all call us moonbats for voting for Obama, and we call y'all racists for supporting McCain. Both of us say we love America. It's really hard to tell. PEACE.

There is no racism any more. Done. That excuse has died from exhaustion. If you can't make it now, it's because you're not good enough.
