Carolina Cops Investigated for Criticizing Chairman O

The following excerpt is not from a Kafka novel. It's a prelude to our future under Obamunism. From newly blue North Carolina:

Derogatory remarks toward President-elect Barack Obama made on a social networking Web site are now the subject of an internal police investigation.
A police department employee claims the statements were made on the MySpace pages of two Durham officers.
"There's no exact words that were said," said Police Chief Jose L. Lopez Sr. in a telephone interview Wednesday from San Diego, where he is attending the International Association of Chiefs of Police conference. "It wasn't a racial slur, but we're still investigating it."

Unless they're talking about death threats — which doesn't seem to be the case — criticizing Chairman O on your free time has already become a cause for major investigations. If you have any doubts about putting a sophomoric Marxist who surrounds himself with people who hate this country in charge of the government, now might be a good time to express them, while it's still technically legal.

On a tip from Hope.

well, they're going to be busy with me as i plan to scrutinize and criticize him for the next four years and two months. i WILL NOT, however, put up with any threats to him, nor allow any gratuitous racial jokes stand on any blogs in my control. there're too many other nuggets of info on him and his cohorts with which to stir the ire of THE PEOPLE.

BRING IT NSA!

There's no exact words that were said

How can you write anything without using exact words? Were all the words misspelled on purpose so that you have to guess what each word is, thereby making them "vague" words? Was every word a multiple choice so that you could choose/guess which word it was?

Seriously, though, if there are no a) racial slurs or b) threats to O's safety, why would anyone care what someone says about O on a private (i.e. not the police dept. site) website?

"well, they're going to be busy with me as i plan to scrutinize and criticize him for the next four years and two months (Right! can you see her glazed Chairman "O" eyes now). i WILL NOT, however, put up with any threats to him, nor allow (WOW - she's joined the CNSF already, she won't allow - anyone seeing "O's" Gestapo forming here already) any gratuitous racial jokes stand on any blogs in my control(Seig Heil Madam Chairwoman) . there're too many other nuggets of info on him and his cohorts with which to stir the ire of THE PEOPLE. (said truly like a goose stepping commie)"

YOU wouldn't be San Fran Nanc would you??

Sorry TED, you're way off here. Nanc may have worded it strongly ("put up with" "won't allow") but her point is well taken.

If Obama is going to give us as much political ammo as I think, why would anyone stoop to racial jokes or that kind of name-calling? His ethnicity has nothing to do with most of the bad stuff coming down the pike. Going at him on that level just shows ignorance and a lack of facts.

As for death threats, do we even need to address that issue? Do you honestly think we should be threatening the guy's life here on Moonbattery?

I don't live in San Fran and I'm about as far from a commie as you can get. But racial slurs just make a stronger case for the left. Death threats, on the other hand, are not only NOT free speech but dangerous and wrong on every level.

They outright state that it's not a racial slur (which I guess is illegal now).

It wasn't a threat, because it's an internal investigation, not involving the secret service.

So the only thing left is that criticizing hussein is taboo for providing "disservice to the organization".

Interesting idea, I suppose it just came about now, and wasn't in force for the past eight years.

ted - we're recovering californistinians and as conservative as people can get - we'll know how to survive when others are wondering why their light switches don't work.

my blogs - my rules - those who don't like them are free to leave - same goes for van, i'm sure.

plus - bAho's going to give the rest of u.s. all the material we need to keep him humble and it won't be a stretch - there's no need to toss racial jokes and innuendos around. i leave that to the uneducated left.
