HuffPo Moonbats Attack Joe the Plumber

Joe Wurzelbacher has become the personification of the American dream struggling to survive in the face of encroaching socialism. The Ohio plumber has worked long and hard to put himself in the position to buy a business, for which Obama would reward him by taxing him into a hole for being a capitalist oppressor. As The One explained to him, preventing his upward mobility is all part of the grand scheme to "spread the wealth around" — i.e., from those who worked hard to create it, to those who are too busy smoking crack, collecting welfare, and commenting at Huffington Post.

Here's Joe the Plumber on Cavuto:

Giving the lie to the meme that only demonized fat cats will suffer under Obama's deranged plans to jack up taxes in the face of a recession is not winning Wurzelbacher any friends on the left. I don't know if Keith Olbermann has designated him the Worst Person in the World yet, but here's what commenters are saying about him at HuffPo:

Joe the Plumber is the typical selfish American voter who only cares about his own personal situation and not the big picture. […] Guys like these disgust me.
[M]aybe Joe [the] Plumber and Joe Sixpack can meet up in Northwestern, New Hampshire with the Mooselady and talk about faucets!
I bet JOE PLUMBCRA^K has a criminal background. […] How was it that McCainRat knew what JOEA^ssCra^k said to Obama, if he was none other than a PLANT?
So the white guy is the only measure of this economy? I'm so sick of everyone else's welfare being measured against the white guy.
Maybe inhaling poo fumes all day has him under the delusion he makes $250K/yr.
You know what, screw Joe the plumber and Joe the electrician.[…] They all wanted to drive BMW's and buy homes that were bigger and more expensive at 25 than their parent's homes that they bought at 50.
Well, I hope Joe the Plumber enjoys having to pay tax on his health insurance. Dumba$$.
Just vote for the old white guy, Joe. And stick to plumbing. You don't want to start taxing the old grey matter too much.
What does Joe do after work? I think I see a 6 pack out there.
You don't need a business Joe. Keep plumbin' those pipes.
Joe six pack, joe the plumber...joe buck...joe mama?
Not ANOTHER Joe...please, say it ain't so! I bet he likes beer, too.

Et cetera. But if you think Obamunists are elitist snobs, it's only because you've been misled by Fox News.

On a tip from Thulsa Doom.

Comments

Typical Huffpo rats. Anybody that works hard is obviously suspect and worthy of scorn.

What they really meant:

'Joe the Plumber is the typical thinking American voter who works for a living, cares about his family and isn't willing to let his taxes be confiscated to pay for bloated social programs to support people like me. […] Guys like these disgust me.'

Posted by: V the K at October 16, 2008 8:57 AM

They hate Joe the Plumber for the same reason they hate Sarah Palin; because they are real, working Americans... not effete elitist snobs.

Posted by: V the K at October 16, 2008 8:59 AM

Those are awesome HuffPo posts. I am getting just terrified now that we will lose. But the reason is pretty clear: Obama is offering up America on a Plate, in an extension of Dem vote-buying practice.

If I was 21 like your average Obot I would be pretty thrilled to grab the torches and pitchforks and go after The Man. It's a French Revolution scenario that obviously resonates with the bottom tier of our citizens.

Heaven forbid, Joe might drinks beer...

The best part of Kos comments is imagining the snotty little college kids, slaving over their insightful and cutting remarks, hitting enter and doing their superior dance in the middle of the dorm room.

Just because you learn how to use your brain in college, doesn't mean it has anything in it yet.

I really hope this Joe guy doesn't get torn apart. He may regret ever asking his question. Though I'm glad he did.

Joe the Plumber is one of those RICH guys - of course they Moonbats will vilify him. Under Obamas reign of terror Joe will be forced to donate his services to the poor, in exchange Joe will get food stamps. Dont you know? Plumbers rip people off to get rich.

Democrats support a wife-beating, child abusing, bad cop; but they attack an honest plumber who's just trying to earn a living.

When did I wake up in the evil Spock-has-a-goatee universe?

OK, let's review. The left is beyond deranged...they are seriously OBSESSED with Obama and hatred for anything that ISN'T Obama. A level of frenzy and blood lust that I never would have believed.

It's up to sane Americans to stop it, but for whatever reasons it looks like the base isn't "energized", which is inexcusable this time around. We are going to get what we deserve...and it won't be pretty.

We let this cancer of leftism fester since the 50's and now it's coming back to bite us. Add to that all those Woodstock hippies from the late 60's and you've got a whole two-plus generations that are PISSED. They've been waiting for decades and now they are making their move.

They're in education almost exclusively (entertainment also) and they're flexing their muscle like never before. And it looks like they've got it this time.

I'm still voting McCain, but unless I'm missing something, Joe the Plumber better head for the hills.

Joe already has had his personal info published at Kos, check it out

What Joe the Plumber said and who he is doesn't matter at all. He could be McCain's nephew in disguise for all that matters. All that matters is what Obama said in an unguarded moment. It doesn't matter what dirt they find on Joe, none of that matters because Obama said what he said and he meant what he said.

Joe drives them crazy. He doesn't want to sell his vote for what they promise him. He only wants to get what is rightfully his by his own efforts. He wants to borrow money in an unrigged financial system to finance his own growth so he can hire employees and make money. In Obama's eyes, this makes Joe a monster. It would be the end of the Dems if they couldn't sell votes using the money of the makers and doers to give to themselves and their friends while allowing a miniscule amount to seep down to the people who sold their votes for hope and promise.

And there plenty of rich spoiled brats in the demacrook party that are wealthy and should be made to pay big time taxes especialy the KENNEDYS and the GORES

"When did I wake up in the evil Spock-has-a-goatee universe?"

About the same time Zachary Quinto signed on to play Spock in the new Obama-centric Trek movie.

"Boy, when Obama's president, he'll make sure we get to pay those lousy plumbers and electricians whatever they deserve!"
*Five years later*
"Why aren't there anymore plumbers and electricians?"

"jim johnson at October 16, 2008 11:43 AM"

Right. Liberals and COMMUNISTS "love" the working man. That is, untill he gets good at it and rises above "his station in life", then he is "uppity", "greedy" and has to be put in his place. HARD.

Posted by: KHarn at October 16, 2008 3:06 PM

Agreed. I find it supremely ironic that the supposed party of the people absolutely despises Joe Six Pack. (“Who amongst us does not like Nascar?”)

Posted by: avalon at October 16, 2008 6:56 PM

If B.O. wins, despite this very explicit brand of socialist verbal diahhrea, I will know that America has given up completely, and will proceed to the woods, where I will live tax free on a compound with 8 wives.... errr sex slaves. Ruby Ridge and the branch davidians have nothing on me. This is of course tongue and cheek. I will just quit my job, and become one of the minions with a blank stare and a ration card.

Posted by: GreedyCapitalist at October 16, 2008 6:59 PM

oes anyone else realize that "Joe the plumber" was supposed to be representative of every man or woman who seeks to better their life by buying or starting a small business. McCain's tax plan is not about one man, yet the crazy left decides that the best thing to do is to put him through the same scrutiny that Palin had to endure?

Olbermann and the rest of the idiots can't really be this obtuse can they?

The problem with this unguarded comment made by Senator Nobama is that now he is no longer seen as a "Robin Hood" type good guy- stealing from the rich to give to the poor oppressed masses... (stealing from hardworking, determined, successful people who busted their a$$e$ to get what they've got) Sure- there's always some greedy bastard that makes the honest ones look bad- but that being said...

Instead, people are starting to realize that if this guy makes it to the White House, it's no longer about hard work, effort, determination, or reaping the rewards of any of that. It'll be about unemployed slobs who sit on the couch all day watching TV, smoking pot, and eating Cheet-Os living off money deducted from your salary and living in the same comfort as you and everyone else who gets up and goes to work because they're entitled to be just as well off as the people who work for it.
So don't despair, my friends. This ain't gonna fly. I believe the Mighty One will be defeated by the lowly Joe The Plumber. (David and Goliath?)

Let's put fifteen pages about that in the 8th grade history books!

Now, they're saying Joe Wurzelbacher is a Republican "plant." I have three questions:

1. How did Karl Rove arrange it so that the Obamassiah walked right up to the plant at his home, and started talkng to him?

2. How did the "Republican plant" trick the Obamassiah into answering a question with pure, uncut Marxist drivel?

3. Does it hurt to be so stupid?

Posted by: V the K at October 17, 2008 5:34 AM

My thoughts exactly, V the K. The guy was out playing football with his kid in his own damn yard when The One stepped up to him. But you know the drill... it's all our faults. We brought this on ourselves when we challenged their clay god.

Posted by: Thulsa Doom at October 17, 2008 8:41 AM

Just when I despair of hearing any Conservatives in Britain standing up for private enterprise and attacking the socialist dragons, I hear of Joe Wurzelbacher in Ohio having the gumption and guts to expose Obama's lethal communism. Whatever has happened to our mealy-mouthed, timid conservative politicians? Yes, of course, it's the economy, stupid! Nothing else matters in the short or long term. And on the economy Republicans and Conservatives must speak up and out. Otherwise it is all over for liberty and enterprise.

Donate to Joe the Plumber. The Dems have ruined his name, he cannot find work. When his 15 minutes are up, he'll have to put his life back together. The Daily AntiKos has a Joe the Plumber Hero Fund. We're collecting until election day! Donate Here
