Global Warming Psychosis

Believing in the ballyhooed climate change crisis requires a disassociation from factual reality that can only be called psychotic. From

On the one hand we have the United Nation's Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change coming up with yet another of its notoriously politicised reports, hyping up the scare by claiming that world surface temperatures have been higher in 11 of the past 12 years (1995–2006) than ever previously recorded.
This carefully ignores the latest US satellite figures showing temperatures having fallen since 1998, declining in 2007 to a 1983 level — not to mention the newly revised figures for US surface temperatures showing that the 1930s had four of the 10 warmest years of the past century, with the hottest year of all being not 1998, as was previously claimed, but 1934.

The bill for indulging in this craziness is coming due in Britain:

Few people have yet really taken on board the mind-blowing scale of all the "planet-saving" measures to which we are now committed by the European Union.
By 2020 we will have to generate 20 per cent of our electricity from "renewables". At present the figure is four per cent (most of it generated by hydro-electric schemes and methane gas from landfill).
As Whitehall officials privately briefed ministers in August, there is no way Britain can begin to meet such a fanciful target (even if the Government manages to ram through another 30,000 largely useless wind turbines).
Another EU directive commits us to deriving 10 per cent of our transport fuel from "biofuels" by 2020. This would take up pretty well all the farmland we currently use to grow food (at a time when world grain prices have doubled in six months and we are already face a global food shortage).

The best metaphor for Western Civilization imposing the global warming hoax on itself at the height of its economic success would be lying in a nice warm bath and slitting your wrists out of sheer lunacy.

newsweek-global-warming.jpg   Damned straight it's a hoax — and pretending it's real is becoming increasingly insane.

when all is said and done in 25 years, can we sue for an apology?

If anyone is well funded, its the Global Warming Hysteria machine. Theyve pried billions of dollars from taxpayers to fund their scary stories.

Radio Station in SF devoted solely to Global warming, being "Green", etc:

In a doctor's waiting room I actually began reading that Newsweek cover article on those claiming global warming is a hoax, but had to put it down in case he checked my blood pressure.

That article gives drivel a bad name.

As has already been predicted by a few (like me) global food surplus is being gobbled up at an alarming rate. Better hope Mother Nature doesn't decide to boot us off the evolutionary ladder by cooling the planet soon, cause at the rate we're going, even the US won't have enough surplus grain to feed our own populace when the weather turns sour. Anyone who doesn't believe this need only research famines during The Dark Ages Cooling and The Little Ice Age. These jackholes are using up our resources needed to feed the world.

When I was young, it was "feed the world! Give your surplus away!" Now it's "cool the world! Use food for fuel!"
They haven't even thought their mad plan through; useing SUGAR instead of CORN would eliminate one of the steps towards creating alcohol. Shouldn't one of those "scientists" who are announcing the "concensous" tell them this?

I would argue that using the land inefficiently helps reach the moonbat, anti-human goal of killing off most humans from the planet to avoid the construction of Wal-marts, decrease traffic, and simply to kill humans. By using the land for fuel and not food, you will starve people to death.

The goal of "communism" was not to set up a communal society. It was to concentrate power into the hands of intellectual arrogant bastards. It's no surprise that "ennvironmentalism" will not lead to a healthier environment. The real goal has stayed the same: control or kill all human life.

What is most interesting to me is the clever way in which this nonsense has been sold to the masses (without whose support it would never fly). In fact - with mass media's help - they've managed to turn the whole GW issue into a sort of 'personal brand'. Today, those sporting the GW brand are automatically assumed to be more aware, more thoughtful, more caring, friendly, etc. (by their peers). It makes them feel 'good' without any effort on their part other than repeating the lies of GW, which could turn out to be one of the more costly errors in history.

IPCC scientists' presentation of assumptions are bias which lead to the frightening effect on humans. They always attribute the increase of carbon dioxide to human misdeeds and frequent mentioning of "rising sea level" scare.

They will going to meet again at Bali, Indonesia, on Dec. 3, 2007, and the would be attendees are moneyed economists and other politicized representatives. They are the mitigating sponsors of emission trading, personal carbon trading, carbon tax, carbon offset, carbon credits, and all carbon copy of Algorebal Warming ...all trying to outdo themselves for carbon greenback undertakings.

No doubt that global warming is very debated. I, however, have never heard that man is causing global cooling. For this - all I can say is that I hope that the people that believe this is natural are not wrong. But if man is causing at least part of the problem then why not do all we can.
Are you familiar with the ground floor movement to take solar to the masses by a company called Citizenre? They are trying market solar with an approach similar to satellite TV, cellular telephones, and alarm systems. That is to provide the customer a complete solar system with no upfront charges and make money from a service contract. In this case the service contract would be a rent agreement. They intend to put a complete solar system on clients home. When the system produces electricity, it will lower the bill from the current utility provider. In most cases the savings from the lower bill will more than cover the rent fee that the company intends to charge. The company currently has no product available but intends to deploy in the middle of 2008. They are currently taking reservations and have 25,500 takers so far. I have written several articles on this company in my blog and even have a couple of videos that I have recorded at Feel free to take a look. I welcome comments. As in any start up business, a chance exists that they may never get off the ground and fulfill any preorders, but if this is the case - the potential client has not lost anything. If you cannot afford the upfront cost of solar today, this may turn out to be a great alternative.
This solution would mean that we could produce at least a little less pollution and would be a great step "just in case".
If anyone would like company information you can go to
