Lady read up on the physics involved in heat exchange. Thats what AC is, you are exchanging heat from one medium to another. The heat removed from indoors is "dumped" outside. Having the coil and compressor in the same open air space does nothing. Not to mention the heat generated by the compressor and fans as a byproduct of using electricity.

When I was a kid trying to understand how an airconditioner worked it finally dawned on me that the thing was compressing gas on the outside part and then radiating heat to the outside of the house. I also finally realized that it would also be pumping out more heat than what it actually was concentrating from the room it was cooling. And even later I realized that it's not actually "producing" cold air so much as transferring heat to the outside. I don't even think it is possible to create cold. Just transfer heat and the energy which used to perform this work will of course also be creating even more heat. Just think of her concept as a stimulus package and you get it perfectly.
