Koran Burning Craze Spreads to Middle East

Posted by Dave Blount at April 11, 2011 8:45 PM

This new Koran burning trend is really catching fire. Here's one torched by an Iranian and an Afghan who are getting sick of living in the sixth century:

From the Washington Times:

Two anonymous young men in Iran, one Iranian and one Afghan, have burned a Koran in protest. This seven-and-a-half minute long video shows the two men, their faces obscured, holding the Muslim holy book and reading prepared statements. They say that Arabs have foisted this book and their homelands and because of it they have gone backwards for 1400 years. They say they dislike the Koran and want it to disappear, adding "Viva freedom!"

It went up nicely. They must have been using Allahu Ak-Barb. Next time they ought to bring marshmallows.

If you don't hear David Petraeus and the liberal establishment media yelping sanctimonious denunciations, it could be because these guys aren't covered by the US Constitution.
