Tour of Detroit, City of the Future

Liberals were so excited to elect our Historic First Black President, it didn't bother them that Obama had no other qualifications. But Detroit, our most liberal city, is well out in front of the nation as a whole. The last 5 mayors in row have been black, starting with Coleman Young in 1974 and continuing through Dennis Archer, Kwame Kilpatrick, and Kenneth Cockrel Jr. to the current retired basketball player Dave Bing. The odds of the streak continuing look pretty good. Here's how it's been working out:

Maybe politically correct skin color isn't the only qualification required for effective leadership.
