Item #3: Cost of Illegal Immigration, $113 Billion per Year

A new study is out that estimates that the net annual cost of harboring illegal immigrants (contribution of illegal immigrants in taxes minus the taxpayer cost of educating, doctoring, feeding, and incarcerating illegal immigrants) is $39 Billion to the FedGov, and $84 Billion to the states; a figure interestingly close to the $90 Billion in combined state budget deficits for 2010. Well, huh.
On a related note, the DOJ Hack who is leading the lawsuit against Arizona --- the one absurdly claiming that the state is interfering with the enforcement of Federal immigration policy by enforcing Federal Immigration law --- previously defended Islamic terrorists incarcerated at Gitmo. So, he's down with anybody who wants to bring down the Great Satan I guess. Put another way, he and the Obama regime are eagerly and willingly trying to help the drug bastards who have threatened to murder Arizona Sheriff Paul Babeu and his family, because those are the people who benefit from the FedGov's policy of lax border and immigration enforcement; the policy the regime is suing to defend.
