Good Morning Patriots, Good Morning Lefties Who Are a Constant Source of Material and Amusement,
Under Airstrip One's system of socialized health care -- which progressives think is just the bee's knees --- breast cancer patients are denied life-saving drugs and desperate victims of Ingsoc resort to do it yourself dentistry. (Sex change ops for freakazoids are fully covered, though.)
On the other hand, if you're a kitteh and you need state-of-the-art bionic appendages, you're good to go. Probably because the Government hasn't yet decided that veterinary care is a right, and so has left it in the private sector.
