Cash for Clunkers Was a Clunker

Economically ignorant progressives praised the Obama Regime's "Cash for Clunkers" Program as a brilliant example of what Government Intervention could accomplish in terms of Economic Stimulus. Conservatives said it was a waste of billions of dollars to bribe consumers into buying new cars in August instead of September. Who was right? Let's take a look at the graph.
I think conservatives got the better part of that argument.
