At last, a climate expert who seems to know what he's doing. His name is Dr. James Hansimian (no relation to James Hansen, despite the physical similarity):

If Dr. Hansimian's predictions prove more reliable than those of the multi-$billion taxpayer-funded climate hysteria industry, we'll know exactly how high Big Government needs to raise our taxes in order to produce optimal weather.
