Item #4: Another Scam for the "Diversity Training" Racket

Diversity hucksters --- with the generous assistance of the Nanny State and the trial bar --- have made a very lucrative racket out of getting major corporations to pay them big money to send in uptight little weenies to lecture employees on being more "tolerant;" you know, in case of decades of constant "tolerance" propaganda from public education, the entertainment media, Government, and churches somehow failed to get the message across.
The latest trendy scam for the Diversity racket is "Micro-Inequities," which might best be defined as, "little things rational people say or do that offend irrational people."
A micro-inequity can be very micro. It can involve an action or words or even a tone of voice or a gesture. The inequity can be a deliberate attempt to harm someone or it can be unintentional, rooted in a person's perceptions about others.
Apparently, fair pay and fair opportunities to advance aren't enough; now fragile minority egos have to be defended against having their feelers hurt, as this slimy little weasel in the video below illustrates...
Personally, I prefer the Michael Scott approach...
