Shortly after sending 1,200 National Guard to the border with explicit orders from Mexico not to enforce the border, Chairman Zero's administration followed up by announcing plans for a lawsuit against the Arizona Border Enforcement Law.
The draft complaint challenges the Arizona law as unconstitutional, saying it is illegal because it impedes federal law, according to the sources, who would not offer any more details about the draft complaint or the arguments made in it.
How the hell do you impede enforcement of a Federal Law by enforcing a Federal Law?
Progressives want illegal immigrants exempted from having to follow our country's laws. There is no other explanation.
This gives me an idea, though. Maybe BP and all the other oil companies should hire illegal immigrants to run their companies. Then, maybe the Obamunists would leave them alone.
