Census-Approved Sex Offenders, at a Front Door Near You

Posted by The MaryHunter at May 25, 2010 3:59 PM

The 2010 Census is proving yet again it's failed chops:

The Census Bureau is taking some tough criticism for hiring a convicted sex offender and sending him out to knock on doors in New Jersey.
Frank Kuni was hired, trained and given an ID card before an FBI fingerprint analysis revealed he was using an alias. While Kuni was going door-to-door, a woman recognized him and called the police.

Talk about responsible citizenry. It took a vigilant mother to spot this guy.

The Census Bureau director in Philadelphia says next time they'll "tweak" the system to improve it.

Just wondering who Frank Kuni was able to "tweak" during his brief and inappropriate tenure as a Census worker.

Yea, I would have hired this guy. (image)
