Boulder Takes Tentative Step Toward Sanity
Posted by Dave Blount at May 23, 2010 11:25 AM
Surprisingly, moonbat-friendly Boulder, Colorado has outlawed public nudity. Already the ordinance is putting a crimp on local style:
Boulder police say [a] homeless man who was panhandling on a highway off-ramp wearing only a pair of panties on his head is the first person to be arrested under the city's new public nudity law.
The perpetrator appeared to be drunk and refused to get dressed.
Careful, Boulder. The ACLU could probably find something hidden in the First Amendment about panhandling drunk on the highway with only a pair of panties on your head.
Suspicions that the perpetrator was a member of the City Council celebrating the mighty blow Boulder stuck against racist oppression by banning travel to Arizona appear to be groundless.
Lest anyone think Boulder is turning its back on moonbattery, the new law reportedly prevents naked people from facing stricter punishment and having to register as sex offenders — and of course it's still okay for women to walk around topless.
On a tip from Graycat.
