BHO Ought to Agree That Kagan Requires Scrutiny

At least B. Hussein will agree that the authoritarian socialist Elena Kagan will require a great deal of scrutiny, given "the absence of any judicial record on her part" and "the absence of any significant work she appears to have done related to Constitutional issues" — or at least, that's how he felt about the first Harriet Miers:
