A Second Navy SEAL has been cleared of charges relating to the alleged nose-punching of the Iraqi terrorist who became a sweetheart to Daily Kos readers after murdering four American contractors in Iraq. ("Screw 'Em!" to quote the exuberant lead Kostard acknowledging the deaths of those Americans.)

Personally, I think terrorists taken alive should get the treatment Brad Pitt gave to captured Nazis in Inglorious Basterds. But that's just me.
