The Coffee Party Movement = Astroturf

The PR Wing of the Democrat Party (a.k.a. the MSM) has been trying to hype the Coffee Party "phenomenon*" as the response of ordinary citizens to the Tea Party movement; people who just want to restore "civility" to political discourse and "work together" to solve our country's problems.
"We're not the opposite of the Tea Party," Coffee Party founder Annabel Park, 41, said. "We're a different model of civic participation, but in the end we may want some of the same things." .... Ms. Park and chapter organizers said they would invite Tea Party members to join their Coffee counterparts in discussions. "We need to roll up our sleeves, put our heads together and work it out," she said. "That's, to me, an American way of doing this."
But, guess what? The so-called "spontaneous" "grassroots" Coffee Party movement is all the work of an activist from the Obama campaign, who also worked for the New York Times.
(Annabel) Park is a former Strategy Analyst at the NY Times who was one of organizers and operators of the United for Obama video channel at YouTube. (During the 2008 campaign, Park was) in charge of creating video clips that are playing a role in increasing support for Senator Barack Obama, the frontrunner for the 2008 Democratic presidential nomination.
The Coffee Party is phony, the hype is phony, their stated goals are a lie to hide their real agenda ... in short, they are just a typical left-wing political organization.
* And by "phenomenon" they mean a Facebook page.
