Stewart Smalley Gets Pissy

Minnesota's disgrace --- Senator Stewart Smalley --- doesn't know much about the Health Care Bill he championed in the senate, and he gets really testy when gadfly Jason Mattera tries to ask him a couple of questions about what's in the bill.
