Moonbat Tech: Coffee-Powered Car

Posted by Van Helsing at March 8, 2010 10:50 AM

At last we have an alternative to politically incorrect fossil fuels. Most of us run on coffee; now our cars can too — provided they're Car-puccinos:

Unlike many Eco-friendly cars that run on lithium ion batteries, this car runs on the coffee granules. Dubbed as Car-puccino, the invention may not please many in the auto industry as making this car function needs 25-50 times more a cost to run a car on petrol. …
A journey from Manchester to London will need approximately 70 kilos of ground coffee with the price ranging from £13 and £26 a kilo, will cost between £910 and £1,820 which is, again, between 25 and 50 times the £36 cost of petrol for the journey.

Outrageous cost? That's why we have government subsidies.

Car-puccino will be having a top speed of 60mph however, the journey will be marked with the 'coffee breaks' after every 60 miles to clean the 'coffee filters' to rid them of the soot and tar which is generated in the process.

As an added advantage, if you manage to spill any hot coffee on yourself, you can sue for free $millions.
