Mark Levin Prepares to Defend Country Against Democrat Fascism

If the Obamacrats in Congress pass ObamaCare without a vote on ObamaCare, Radio Host and Legal Scholar Mark Levin and the Landmark Legal Foundation are preparing to file a lawsuit challenging the Constitutionality of the law.

As some legal scholars have made clear, it would be an uphill battle. Nancy "Flaming Hypocrite" Pelosi and Louise "Flaming Hypocrite" Slaughter previously sued to stop the process of passing law by simply deeming it passed and lost. Courts are normally deferential to allowing legislatures to set their own rules. But there is also a case to be made that deeming routine House business to be passed is far different from using the procedure to ram through a massively unpopular bill that cannot be passed through normal, Constitutional means.

It's very dangerous to let the Democrats get away with this. If this "sleight of hand" can be used on this bill, it can be used on anything. And I don't buy the tu quoque argument that because the Republicans got away with it on minor things, the Democrats should be allowed to get away with it on major things. If I spill cranberry juice on your carpet and you let it slide, that does not implicitly give my brother permission to come over and trash your house.

This will, no doubt, lead to Mark Levin being a labeled "the worst person in the world" by Keith Olbermann, and an "a--hole," by the ObamaCare shills at the-blog-that-hates-my-guts. He will also become public enemy number one to all those on the left who don't care how bad this law is, or how corrupt the process it, as long as their precious Marxist Messiah gets a victory; which includes almost all of the MSM and every troll under our house.
