Item #2: Lefties Furious as Their Human Health Care Props Are Debunked

The Left's "Legislation by Sob Story" strategy has been weakened among the informed segment of society by revelations that their cancer victim Natoma Canfield is not in nearly the dire straits that were claimed, and that little Marcelas Owens is a prop drawn from a family of left-wing, single-payer activists.

Now, the progressive lefties are howling and melting down because a few on the right --- Michelle Malkin, Rush Limbaugh, and Glenn Beck --- have called them out on the sob story/victim strategy, and rightfully so. Yes, some people have had tragic life experiences. Does that justify a Government takeover of a health insurance industry that, for the vast majority of people, works pretty well most of the time?

Cut through the distorted rhetoric of the ObamaCare Cheering Squad, and the real position of those of us (the majority of Americans) who oppose the ObamaCare bill is that the Government proposed solution is disproportionately large, intrusive, and most of all expensive, given that the problems with health insurance are on the margins, and could be addressed with more moderate, less costly adjustments.
