Dramacrats Reach For the Race Card... Again

The Dramacrats are comparing the lawsuit challenging the constitutionality of the ObamaCare provision requiring individuals to buy health insurance ... you know, the idea that the Federal Government can force a citizen to enter into a contract with a corporation ... to segregation.
Virginia Democrats are drawing parallels between the state's court fight to stop new health coverage mandates and its battle 50 years ago against federal orders to open businesses and schools to black people.
Again: They have no substantive argument, so they accuse their opponents of racism.
And speaking of the race card...
When far left radio host and little seen MSDNC personality Special Ed Schultz goes on vacation, he turns his microphone over to the even-more unhinged (if you can believe it) host Norman Goldman.
How deranged is Goldman? He has suggested that if the Supreme Court of the United States (which they call the SCROTUS over at the socialist crank blog) overturns the individual mandate provisions of ObamaCare, it will be purely out of racism and spite.
Because five members of the Supreme Court don't like Mr Obama. And they'd be happy to rub his nose in the mud. They might even call him the N-word. You never know.
Yeah, in that case, I assume Clarence Thomas will be writing a concurring opinion rather than joining in the majority. Also, I wonder if Justice Ginsburg considers Obama one of the "undesirable" people abortion is supposed to take care of. (We know what she means.)
