Democrat Congressman Thinks Guam Will Capsize if too many People are Stationed There

Representative Hank Johnson --- Democrat, of course, from Georgia, (and voted for ObamaCare) of course, thinks the Island of Guam will tip over if the Navy proceeds with plans to station an additional 8,000 personnel on it.

You know, I bet Sarah Palin is smart enough to know that islands don't capsize.
