Chairman Zero Is a Great Big Phony!

I am bumping this because I really want to give the lefties a chance to demonstrate and defend the intellectual candlepower of their Marxist Messiah. So, come on girls, Bring on the evidence of B. Hussein Obama's mighty brain!
Yeah, just for gits and shiggles, I thought I'd start out Monday with a reference the lefties won't get even after I embed a video of what I'm referencing. Anyway, lefties swoon over B. Hussein Obama's alleged intellect, which impresses them almost as much as his pants crease. But the only evidence of Hussein's alleged brilliance is that lefties keep insisting that he is brilliant.
Lefties sometimes point to his stint as a law professor as proof of his intellectual firepower. But, the thing is, he was never a law professor, just a "lecturer." Also, apparently his lecturing job at the University of Chicago was one of those backroom Chicago patronage deals. The University did not consider him qualified to teach. And not only that, he sucked at it. Doug Ross reports:
I spent some time with the highest tenured faculty member at Chicago Law a few months back, and he did not have many nice things to say about "Barry." Obama applied for a position as an adjunct and wasn't even considered. A few weeks later the law school got a phone call from the Board of Trustees telling them to find him an office, put him on the payroll, and give him a class to teach. The Board told him he didn't have to be a member of the faculty, but they needed to give him a temporary position. He was never a professor and was hardly an adjunct.
The other professors hated him because he was lazy, unqualified, never attended any of the faculty meetings, and it was clear that the position was nothing more than a political stepping stool. According to my professor friend, he had the lowest intellectual capacity in the building. He also doubted whether he was legitimately an editor on the Harvard Law Review, because if he was, he would be the first and only editor of an Ivy League law review to never be published while in school (publication is or was a requirement).
As Ace points out, Hussein was also a total slacker when he was a US senator (for 143 days).
So, lefties, where is the proof of your Dear Reader's brilliance? (And, no, beating an elderly, unlikeable old man despised by most of his party by seven points while outspending him 5-to-1 plus the entire mainstream media cheerleading for you is not a sign of intellectual competence.)

Now, I do have a theory on why the left-wing thinks Obama is so smart in the absence of any evidence of a towering, or even marginally above average, intellect. The left thinks Obama is smart because he agrees with them. Obama totally and uncritically accepts that capitalism is an unjust system that leads to disparate outcomes and thus Government must redistribute wealth. He believes in the Anthropogenic theory of Global Warming. He believes, like Thomas Friedman, that China's autocracy is superior to America's messy democracy. He believes that America's decline is both inevitable and good.
In short, they think Obama is smart because he never challenges their dogma, and they think conservatives are stupid because we do. For the elite left, one chant of "white man's greed runs a world in need," proves more about intellect than any college transcript; which is why we will never see them.
