Apparently, mad, drunk and stupid is a viable way to go through life, son. In the last two years, Speaker of the House Granny Rictus Botox has spent an average of a thousand dollars a week on booze; and taxpayers have picked up the tab.

Democrat policy decisions suddenly make a whole lot more sense, now, don't they?
