Windmill Fail
Posted by Dave Blount at December 28, 2009 3:45 PM
It would be hard to find a better symbol for our era of failed eco-idiocy:

This 200-foot, 187-ton windmill used in an attempt to generate electricity without resorting to technology deemed politically incorrect by liberals fell over in the night in Fenner, New York. No one has a clue why.
Shrugs Fenner Supervisor Russell Cary:
We don't know what the issue is. I'm just hoping we can learn from it.
Maybe they'll learn that windmills are a goofy, extravagant, inefficient waste of time. Or if environazis discover that a ground squirrel was injured in the crash, they may learn that they have to stick with solar power and pixie dust.
On a tip from Wiggins.
