Who Are the Biggest Moonbats of the Decade?

I am working on a couple of "Year-End Wrap Up Posts" and I was wondering if there would be any interest in a "Top Ten Moonbats of 2000's" List? I don't know how to set up a poll, so I would leave this as a matter of open debate. Here are some suggestions to get the ball rolling:
