Planned Parenthood: "A Fetus Is Just Like a Fingernail"

You know how abortion apologists often claim that abortion is a difficult "heart-wrenching" decision for a woman, and they deeply understand the troubling consequences?
It's a load of crap. They don't believe any of it. It's just crocodile sympathy to give them the appearance of giving a damn. In the end, it's all about sexual gratification without consequences, and Big Abortion's lust for blood money. In the video below, we see a Planned Parenthood abortionist -- who obviously hasn't missed too many meals worrying about the "heart-wrenching" decisions she is involved with -- breezily encourage a young woman to scramble its brains and vacuum it out. Another abortionist suggests that she might die if she goes through with the pregnancy.
I should also note that this is the kind of citizen journalism Congress is trying to outlaw. They can't stand having the truth about ACORN, Planned Parenthood, and other left-wing tax hogs come out.
I got into an argument on Facebook yesterday with a pro-abort who said, "Well, I support abortion because I don't think a woman who's been raped should be forced to have a baby." And I said, "OK, Fine, can we agree to restrict abortion to cases of rape and serious physical harm to the mother?" And he switched gears and said, "I believe in a woman's right to choose." And I'm like, "So, why did you even bring up rape, dingleberry?" It's bullsh-t. They don't care about rape, they care about consequence-free sexual gratification.
And the really asinine part of his argument is that the availability of abortion encourages rape, because adult men can have sex with underage girls without consequences; and we know Planned Parenthood sure as hell isn't going to turn in the rapists. Planned Parenthood facilitates statutory rape, and are rewarded for this with billions of taxpayer dollars.
Pure. Evil.
