Morning Briefs (Reposted {WTF MT?})

Posted by Gregory of Yardale at December 24, 2009 8:25 AM

Good Morning and Merry Christmas Eve to all the Right Wing Patriots, and to the left-wngers, please remember the pharmacy is closed tomorrow,

Item Number One: Pathetic manless spinster Maureen Dowd shows what a difference elections can make. Back when John McCain was criticizing Bush's tax cut, he was taking a principled stand against reckless debt accumuluation. Now that McCain is criticizing Obama's multi-trillion dollar health care scheme, he's nothing but a bitter old man and a sore loser. Gee, do you think maybe there might be another reason McCain is her hero when he criticizes one president, but a villain when he criticizes another?

Item Number Two: Even Chinese Communists recognize that lowering taxes raises prosperity. So, you really gotta wonder if Chairman Zero's economic policies are just incompetent or deliberately malicious.

Item Number Three: Isn't this an odd coincidence? Just as the Obamacare bill is headed toward inevitable passage, MSNBC is pulling the plug on Dr. Nancy, a show that was nothing but a daily propaganda blast on behalf of state-run health care. A cynical person would suspect that the show only existed to help promote the Democrat Health Care agenda.

Below the jump, one of my favorite Christmas songs. (Sappy as all-get-out, but, hey, it's Christmas.)
