Trying to cool off Copenhagen in advance of the farcical global warming/climate change summit, city officials merely succeeded in steaming up the prostitutes:
Copenhagen's city council in conjunction with Lord Mayor Ritt Bjerregaard sent postcards out to 160 Copenhagen hotels urging COP15 guests and delegates to 'Be sustainable - don't buy sex'.
"Dear hotel owner, we would like to urge you not to arrange contacts between hotel guests and prostitutes," the approach to hotels says.
Prostitution is legal in Denmark, you see. But the plan backfired bigtime:
Now, Copenhagen prostitutes are up in arms, saying that the council has no business meddling in their affairs. They have now offered free sex to anyone who can produce one of the offending postcards and their COP15 identity card, according to the Web site avisen.dk.
C'mon, ladies! Take one for global warming! Clearly, the reduction in huffing and puffing would cut CO2 emissions enough to offset at least some of the gaseous emissions from the summit.

Does sustainability have anything to do with paying for sex? Nope, but that won't stop ecofascists from throwing around buzzwords such as "sustainability" to tell people what to do and keep them in line.
Enviromoonbat bureaucrats expect their subordinates to shut up and follow orders every time the sustainability card is played, as this incident demonstrates.
