Another Stupid Commie Poster

The Demonrats' "Progressive Caucus" (consisting of those members of the House who openly admit they believe in communism) has come out with the following poster so support state-run health care.
It's a good choice for a health care poster in that most reasonable people will find it sickening. This is how the Progressive Left views the country... Washington is the heart from which our vital lifeblood blows. Bullcrap. The Federal bureaucracy is more like a cancerous tumor, and it will only metastasize under Obama-Reid-PelosiCare.
When I look at this in the context of the Democrat's socialized health care schemes, I don't see blood vessels, I see the tentacles of the Federal bureaucracy. In fact, if I didn't have better things to do and a complete lack of mad Photoshop skillz, I'd rework the poster where the vessels were tentacles, and they were all attached to this guy:
Unless I am mistaken, "Ia! Ia! Cthulhu fhtagn" is the call to prayer at Democrat Caucus meetings.
