We Love the Obama Fuzzy Math - Part Trois
Posted by The MaryHunter at November 11, 2009 8:42 PM
A few new examples of the shadiness of Obamanation mathematics, which promised us it could hold unemployment at 8% if the porkulus bill was passed:
Massachusetts received nearly $4 billion in stimulus funds and reported more than 12,000 jobs affected.
Hmm, let's see... that's $333,333.33 per job. Gub'ment efficiency.
The Boston Globe reports one state college claimed 160 full-time jobs from $77,000 in stimulus money.
Hmm, let's see... that's 160 folks working full time about 240 days/year, making 307,200 worker hours/year,... so the new full-time jobs are paying at most $0.25 per hour. But it's good work, if you can get it.
In other instances, federal money that recipients already took in annually was re-classified as stimulus money and existing jobs were attributed to recovery funds.
Hmm, let's see...robbing Peter to pat Obama on the back.

Never argue math with a Liberal - they Just....Don't....Get....It.....
The Letterman-Loving Lizard-Like Lying Lobotomized Loopy Loony Low Life Leftie Losers are not only at war with math - they hate science as well. If you doubt it, just look at the Climate Change / Global Warming whackos, or look at the Left's "Alternative Energy" plans. Science, engineering and practical technology are not understood by your typical neosocialist / progressive leftist - yet they have taken to calling those of us on the political Right "Luddites".
They have also started calling themselves the "Reality Based Community" - but it's a skewed, alternate reality where emotion trumps all.

I may have an issue here with the whole created/saved jobs thingie. You see since I started collecting unemployment in Sept. I have been receiving an extra $22/week from the stimulus and recovery program, hell that's a 12 pack and some smokes! Plus they have extended my benefits out to about two years. Now I understand it is debatable that sitting on my butt collecting money is a job, but hey, they are paying me to do it. (don't get the wrong idea, should an opportunity come up that pays more than doing nothing I'll jump on it, so I'm not really sucking the govt. teet)

You have your own fuzzy math going on up there too. The cost per job in MA is too high by a factor of 1000.

If you hate taxes so much why don't you refuse to pay them en masse? The government can't arrest everyone

How can you complain that the left only feel rather than think, when you always respond to the ‘intellectual elite’ with fear and resentment?
To quote some arsehead or another, “it is impossible to argue with you, you only feel, you never think”.

By the way, were you guys thinking about me today? I thought about you blokes all day. I couldn't wait to get online again and vie for attention with the other trolls because I am alienated from my parents.

Jeff M
You are correct. Do you consider $333,333 per job an efficient use of our money?

Aquateen,
Speaking just for myself, I neither fear nor resent the ‘intellectual elite’. I do find their lack of common sense and decency endlessly amusing.
In fact, I find the ‘intellectual elite’ to be neither.
You, however, qualify as nothing more than an annoying troll who never brings anything to the table other than condescension and arrogance.

Tony D has it right.
The wrath of this National Socialist new world order is now trained upon any business that creates wealth the old fashioned way; The way that made these United States. a mighty nation. through the production of goods. This is now non-gratis. Example: The automotive industry re-organization that placed the onions in charge. The government bailout sure drove the nails into that coffin, did they not? (Has anybody seen a stock quote for GM lately?) Wealth is now to be amassed the National Socialist way: Through theft at the highest levels: Assuming ownership of the banks and brokerage houses. These banks now become casinos. Allowing the government to steal from wherever it may be stolen; Then, with the new math, they may distribute the loot amongst themselves, as they see fit.
Government wishes to rid this country of businesses that it can't control, absolutely. Consequently, it has become hostile to any business that isn't a brokerage house or a bank.Al-Reuters reported in February, that Emerson Electric planned on slashing 14,000 jobs. Since then, Emerson had to exceed that figure, and wound up cutting some 20,000 jobs. Recently, Emerson CEO David Farr, failed to prevaricate the prevailing paradigm by declaring: “Washington is doing everything in their manpower, capability, to destroy U.S. manufacturing,”
Unlike Ford and GM that had crappy CEOs, A great CEO will do what is necessary to preserve his company,to position it to survive this current, hostile-to-wealth-creation National Socialist climate.
“What do you think I am going to do?” Farr asked. “I’m not going to hire anybody in the United States. I’m moving. They are doing everything possible to destroy jobs.”

Oh, I know you think, as well as feel. You think about hot studs like Iqbal and Obongo gettin' jiggy, while you vigorously "feel".

Darn pesky decimal points. Corrected, thanks.
Guess I'll be going extinct. :-(

Indeed, my point still stands.

Notice the flaky language? What does it mean to claim 160 full time jobs? Is this another one of those head start deals where everyone gets a 25 cent raise and that counts as jobs "saved"?
Posted by: Judith M. at November 12, 2009 5:12 AM
The jobs math was brought to you by Massachusetts public school union teachers. They can't always get the math right, but by golly, they sure can teach how to have homosexual sex, lesbian sex and masturbation - important things for kids under 12. I mean, why would anyone ever want to work with such boring stuff as math?
Massachusetts is a prime example of what happens when you have Democrats in power by means of a super majority. Their arrogance and figurative middle-finger flip to the public is incredible. We even have our own Obama light in Duval Patrick.
2010 will be here before you know it. Don't sit out the election and don't let friends sit it out either. Help end this madness by voting the bastids OUT!

Funny how so many people who fancy themselves intellectual elites seem nothing more than mindless lemmings with a hive mentality. How else would one explain the tedious consistency of their ideas?
Posted by: Judith M. at November 12, 2009 5:29 AM
Liberals could combine their love for the perverse with math. For example.
You have a group men in a bath house in San Francisco, if 1/3 of them both give and receive blow jobs, 1/3 only give and the remaining 1/3 only receive - what is the minimum number of men in the bath house? But each man will give a blow job only once. Show your work.

Good analogy batman, and it also explains why Obeyme did not want anyone to visit Las Vegas: they're competition.
