State Dinner or Super Sweet Sixteen Party?

Posted by Gregory of Yardale at November 29, 2009 10:00 AM

Mainstream Media fluffers try to prove who has the biggest schoolgirl crush on Chairman Zero, gushing about his state dinner using language not often seen outside of Twilight fan-fic forums.

NPR Fluffer Andrea Seabrook:

While by now Americans are used to saying President Obama, the rest of the world is still impressed by his election to the nation's highest office... (Yes, Andy, but unlike you, the rest of the world doesn't moan "President Obama" while playing with a shower massage) ... The whole room had a kind of "Midsummer Night's Dream" feeling

Perky CBS Anchordingbat Katie Couric:

Mrs. O looked amazing! Seemed 2 ft taller than wife of India PM. Jennifer Hudson was spectacular…she sang somewhere – wish I could sing like her, she’s sick!

Ah, the pathetic dignity of fifty-year old women using teenage slang.

NBC Anchorwoman Brian Williams:

At one point last night – at several points, actually – I turned to my wife and asked squealed, "OMG! Can you believe where we are?" I suppose there are people who are blasé about State Dinners, but we are not among them. I was honored to attend. It was a warm and glittery evening in a beautiful place...with better-than-average people! It was a thrill to see everyone – the boldface names, obviously...

Can we trust any of these fluffers to report honestly about the Obamas? Can we?

Heaven Help Obama if he breaks his legs in a car wreck and any of these people try to nurse him back to health in a remote mountain cabin.
