SEALs Charged With Assault for Arresting Top Terrorist

If anything can destroy the United States military, it's not Chinese tanks or Muslim IEDs, but political correctness, employed by sanctimonious fifth-column liberals to corrode its morale. Imagine laying your life on the line for a country presided over by moonbats who bend over backwards to side with its enemies. The latest outrage:
Navy SEALs have secretly captured one of the most wanted terrorists in Iraq — the alleged mastermind of the murder and mutilation of four Blackwater USA security guards in Fallujah in 2004. And three of the SEALs who captured him are now facing criminal charges, sources told FoxNews.com.
The three, all members of the Navy's elite commando unit, have refused non-judicial punishment — called an admiral's mast — and have requested a trial by court-martial.
Ahmed Hashim Abed, whom the military code-named "Objective Amber," told investigators he was punched by his captors — and he had the bloody lip to prove it.
Now, instead of being lauded for bringing to justice a high-value target, three of the SEAL commandos, all enlisted, face assault charges and have retained lawyers.
In case anyone has forgotten about the put-upon Abed's handiwork, he's responsible for this:
The four Blackwater agents were transporting supplies for a catering company when they were ambushed and killed by gunfire and grenades. Insurgents burned the bodies and dragged them through the city. They hanged two of the bodies on a bridge over the Euphrates River for the world press to photograph.
These were the four Americans whose savage death prompted Markos Moulitsas of the Daily Kos to sneer, "Screw them." We've allowed people like Moulitsas to take control of the country. Our troops in the field are paying the price.

Ahmed Hashim Abed followed his AQ manual to the letter; filing formal charges against his captors (for a fat lip???)and instantly refocused the entire matter on to some of the bravest, most dedicated Americans in service to their country.
Somewhere along the line, somebody sucked for the bait and this is the result.
If he truly IS the Commander In Chief, Barack Obama himself should make just ONE phone call and put an immediate end to this entire travesty. He should then personally present each of them with an appropriate military medal!
I shall not hold my breath waiting for that to happen.

OMFG! I'm sitting here right next to my nephew, a senior in HS who is applying for the Naval Academy. What the hell is something like this supposed to make him think about his potential future in the military? They're damned if you do your job, we're all damned if they don't.

Despicable bastards. We already know muslim "soldiers" were lower than dogs, now we got liberals doing all they can to sap the morale of the BEST SOLDIERS IN THE WORLD. This country is becoming completely crazy. These muslim dogs know they can hide behind children and in mosques and freely fire back at people coming to capture them, they only need to yell loud enough to be free. No honor, no grit, no courage, no decency. How the hell do you think you capture someone? You whack them on the head and punch them so they quit fighting!

In demanding a trial by court-martial instead of the behind the scenes 'non-judicial punishment' these SEALS HAVE publicly declared war on the fukked-up system the military under the PC liberal/leftist bastards has become, especially in the war theater.
More power to them. I am unconditionally behind them in this fight. I love me the Navy SEALS.
Most/Many of your Blackwater employees, BTW, are 'retired' SEALS or Special-Ops guys. Those hanging charred and dismembered from that damn bridge were their brothers.
And one more thing, well 2 more things:
1) Too bad Saddam's dead or he'd see this as a chance to sue for whatever he and his ACLU-type lawyers could come up with (bleh)
2) imagine IF UBL is ever captured ...
The whole Holder botch of KSM and the other terrorists from military trials to NYC trials has set a foundation for this steaming pile of stench.

I would make a lousy commander. I would make an SOP that all captured combatants "fall up a flight of stairs". This should create enough superficial damage that anything like this could never happen again. I would put money on the fact that he was "uncooperative". I would not be surprised if he slammed his own lip into a wall as a setup.

Every military person should say "no". Lay down their rifles, take off their helmets and go on strike. Right now. EVERY G-Damn one of them. What could be done? Court marshal them ALL?
The Congress and the Administration are in league with the enemy. They no longer 'protect and defend the Constitution'. They must be purged, eliminated, driven out of office and NEVER allowed to enjoy the freedom of liberty here in the U.S. again.

From what I am hearing from my "inside" sources (infantry/Non-Coms, lower level Offs) ... They are more than ready and willing for that mission.
