I have to weigh in with Chris.

The word/name play makes a lot of what is written here really laborious to read, and (I'm sorry) sort of sophomoric. I mean, OK...the poster with Obama in the Chinese hat with "Oba-Mao" was funny...once...but having to ALWAYS see "Nancy PeLousy" or "Democrap" gets real tedious.

I love the points made here, the people are incisive and pretty damn diligent in their editorializing...but seriously, the name-game's gotta go. (Don't feel bad...I hate when Limbaugh does it too. It cheapens his argument. Don't look at me like that...you know I'm right.)

This is only a theory, but I suspect the reason you use wordplay (as well as the fact that you think its clever) is because you think you're above swearing, but at the same are offended by them, somewhat paradoxically.
