It's the Iranians that should be the ones worried about jeopardized negotiations. They should be made to worry. This is such a travesty.

This is what happens over time when Congress starts to believe that the USA is a Democracy. Democracy is two wolves and a sheep deciding what to eat for dinner. When a Republic starts slipping into Democracy it is already too late and now we live in a Communist Oligarchy as a result. You had better be ready to fight for the Republic or you will spend the rest of your days in a REDpublic.

This is Viet Nam redux. I didn't believe this country could screw the military so badly again.

I realize it would come out of my pocket (in taxes) but if a jury awarded it and the administration decided that Iran did not have to pay, shouldn't the administration pay on behalf of Iran? After all they (Obamanation) are using the award as negotiating leverage not the families of the Marines.

Obama has decided to model his Presidency after that of Abe “The Railroad Lawyer” Lincoln. Now we see the battle lines being drawn as one-half of the USA is pitted against the other in what looks like will be Civil War Two. In reality, the developing battle in the USA is mentioned in the Communist Manifesto…

Lincoln rallied his “Proletariat” against the Southern “Bourgeois” and took their land. Don’t forget that Abe was a LAWYER but not just any sort of LAWYER he was a RAILROAD LAWYER. Abe became the King of Eminent Domain. What happened to American Citizens who did not accept the Railroad’s scant offer for their land?

In all of my studies, everything seems to boil down to the Lincoln Presidency and I have inferred that the Communist Manifesto was Lincoln’s great inspiration. Now, Obama stylizes himself after what appears to be America’s first Communist President. You must wake up now people before all of our back yards become war zones. The fight that is about to swell transcends the North and South but instead is based on all of the current divisions.

Iran is using the North Korean playbook - The Nuclear Rope-a-Dope. Drag out endless negotiations until they have enought material for a test nuke and a few more bombs. At that point, either the world will have to live with a nuclear armed Iran or Israel will take matters into its own hands before that happens. Unfortunately the most likely outcome is the latter option which will tank the world economy for years as Iran will set the Arab oil fields ablaze in retaliation.

“Section 1. Neither slavery nor involuntary servitude, except as a punishment for crime whereof the party shall have been duly convicted, shall exist within the United States, or any place subject to their jurisdiction.
Section 2. Congress shall have power to enforce this article by appropriate legislation.”

The key word is emboldened above that being the word “EXCEPT” so read it and think. The 13th Amendment allows the GOVERNMENT to hold SLAVES and sex, race, age or religion are no obstacle in its doing so. The only requirement is that these slaves be convicted of a crime. Say, I was reading that “Tea Party Peopled” have been given the label of “American Terrorists” and so “Terrorism” is a crime and so well then “Tea Party People” can then be rounded up and put in “Chain Gangs”

More proof that the USA has already been converted to Communism. We are not being converted because we have been converted. All that remains are the 1000's of Chinese ships landing at their terminals in the USA like Costco in California.

During the Bush watch, the Chinese boated in their own work force to build a new Chinese embassy in New York City. They didn't even have to build it in accordance with local building codes.

The US military, as currently instituted, is not consistent with that of a communist oligarchy. Generally speaking, military officers have a far greater role in government policies in communist oligarchies. Also, generally speaking, communist oligarchies support mandatory military service and are use their military as a common component of internal security. Neither of these things are true of the US military.

My statements are purely about military policy; while you may or may not have valid points in other areas, the military policy of the US is not one of them.
