Obama's KSM Show Trial Will Cost NYC $100 Million

Posted by Van Helsing at November 20, 2009 8:17 AM

Circus show trials don't come cheap. According to Charles "Chucky Schmucky" Schumer, the bill for Chairman Zero to put George W. Bush, the CIA, the military, and pre-Moonbat Messiah America on trial will come to a pretty penny:

"Rough estimate from the city of New York, which I received yesterday, place the added cost of moving the trials of Khalid Sheikh Mohammed and the other terrorist suspects to New York somewhere in the ballpark of $75 million, that's a minimum," said Sen. Chuck Schumer (D-N.Y.)
Schumer said extra security procedures could push that number up to $100 million, and asked that the federal government foot the bill.

But New York is full of fat-cat capitalists, many of whom were foolish enough to vote for Obama. Let them spread the wealth around!

Maybe we can get Al Qaeda to pick up the bill. The propaganda value to their cause would be worth every cent. This farcical trial is likely to turn the tide in their favor. But so long as it can be used as an opportunity for Bush-bashing and sanctimonious posturing, that's fine with our current rulers.

I seriously blew coffee all over my keyboard at that picture. This is why I've come back to MB every day for years. Of course you have to keep a supply of computer wipes close at hand.

I say take half of the $100 million out of Obama's savings account and the other half out of Holder's. That sounds fair to me...

Fatcats? Rush moved out of NY

Reid will cover Schumer with another $100m amendment to the Health Care debacle. Holder is getting pushed under the bus pretty quickly with this new claim that Obama dint know about the NYC trial.

There is poetic justice in holding this "trial" in NY, if they do it in the US. Put the bullseye on NY's back, along with the hassle, expense, and inconvenience. They voted for these bozos, they got 'em.

Hope! Change!

Jay I heard the trail will be simulcast on Air America.

Bwahahahaha!

If they simulcast KSM's execution, then they'll build an audience. But not until then.

Sorry Charlie, NYC overwhelming voted for The Brown Mao. So, it's quite fitting that you pay for the circus coming to your town.

The KSM trial will not cost $100M; that's just another opportunity for a slush fund.

If Cuckie wants another 100m, hold a lottery; winner gets 10 minutes alone with KSM.

...The Brown Mao...good one. heh.

The saddest part is the third comic posted by TED is accurate. Anyone denied their Miranda rights cannot be tried in a civil court. The guy can, and should, walk free on this technicality. Of course someone should then shoot him, but if they don't, it's a dangerous precedent for other people facing justice. I hope there will be riots and burnings of Obama's pictures all the way to DC should it happen.

Bush, Cheney and the CIA will found guilty and senenced to listen to the Queen's i-pod.
ksm will be mistrialed because of coersion and no miranda.
USA will be held accountable and be unable to sleep at night given the true nature of terrorism.

It is worth it just to stick it to the Bush administration. We shouldn't have gone to war in the first place.

You don't say "Lao"? Care to amplify some more on your war opinions, Afghanistan vs Iraq for example?

I'm sure your answer will be quite amusing.

Posted by: Lao at November 20, 2009 5:19 PM

I am the real Lao. I just can\'t stick to my guns. I have remorse about some of the anti-American, far left views I espouse and change my mind and blame it on a \"namejacker\".

All I know is liberalism because that is what I was raised with at home, at school, on TV.

Just please bear with me. I am just young, confused and am not sure where my path is leading me vis-a-vis my political outlook.

Oh, I am sure they can more than compensate with all the KSM t-shirts and other show trial goodies they can sell on the streets during it
