Obama Administration: Dereliction of Duty

Punctuality seems not to be one of Our Dear Leader's strong suits - especially when it comes to filling key posts in his own administration:
Nearly 200 top positions in the administration remain vacant a full year after President Obama was elected. USA Today reports the backlog puts President Obama behind his predecessors in terms of the amount of time taken to fill key jobs.
The Senate has confirmed 366 Obama nominees, compared with 421 at this point for President George W. Bush and 379 for President Clinton. New York University professor Paul Light, a federal bureaucracy expert, says: "Obama is well on pace right now to set a new record in terms of lateness."
One glaringly ironic absence, in the face of the rush to ObamaCare:
There is no one permanently in charge of Medicare or Medicaid at a time when the president is pushing health care reform in Congress. Mark McClellan, a former administrator for the Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services, says the timing isn't good, "without a permanent administrator in place."
Then again, perhaps it's not a bad thing that the Obamanation Administration is a veritable ghost town. One could argue that no one in an O-post is one more non-communist, non-enviro-whackjob, non-baby-killer on the job.

If I'm right, this isn't even counting those proliferating, extra-constitutional czar positions that Comrade Obama has not yet managed to name. There must be dozens.

Government is outrageously beyond constitutional control.
Government has defeated the constitution.
This means that government will do whatever it wants, without the slightest regard for the constitution.
What do I care if Obama gets behind in handing out taxpayer cash for advanced criminality - to ACORN pimps.
It may mean that Obama seizure of the greedy miniature golf industry is delayed.
Hey. I can live with that.

Maybe he is beginning to run out of Marxist criminal thug friends to put in these positions, and the people that he could appoint might just resist the efforts to push America over the cliff. One can only hope.
