Item Number One: Mainstream Media elites are still baffled trying to explain what could be the motivation behind a radical Muslim shooting three dozen people while screaming, "Allahu Akbar!" Bob Scheiffer, one of the fossils at See BS news, blames the US military.
"Sadly, this shows the Army still does not take protecting soldiers’ mental health as seriously as it does training them to shoot.”
Paraphrasing Jim Treacher, Hasan could have worn a T-shirt reading "I am a radical Muslim and I hate America! Die, Infidels, Die!" and the MSM would still be asking, "Why? Why did he do this?"
Item Number Two: The New York Waste of Times is so eager to provide PR cover for Muslims it falsely implied Lt. Michael Monsoor --- who was awarded the Congressional Medal of Honor for his heroism --- was a Muslim. In reality, Monsoor was a devout Catholic, but they omitted that detail. You can be pretty sure if he had shot an abortionist, the Times would have put his devout Catholicism front and center.
However, you must always remember, the MSM is superior to blogs because their legions of editors and fact-checkers assure information on their pages is accurate and bias-free. /sarc
Item Number Three: Apparently, like most radical Islamists, Nidal Hasan liked him some strip clubs. Gee, he hated America, he hated Christianity, and he enjoyed smut. No wonder the mainstream media is in love with this guy.

The Army bowed to sociopolitical pressure to be "politically correct", and the murders at Ft. Hood were a direct result.
The Army needs to concern itself less with this sort of PC nonsense and get back to the basics of training soldiers how to be soldiers.

Michael Monsoor proves the problem isn't racial, it's religious. And spare me the religion of peace nonsense. No religion is more devoted to killing those who don't share its tenets than Islam. None.

The emphasis on that should be "Today, I am ignoring YOU."
Yardale is obviously still smarting because yesterday's morning briefs got only one comment, and that was from Spurwing.
I'll try to make amends today.
1) "Protecting soldier's mental health". Fact: eight Fort Hood soldiers have committed suicide this year.
2) The NewsBusters link notes that the author was quoting Iraq war veteran Captain Erich Rahman on Monsoor.
The NYT has since issued a correction.
NewsBusters has also issued an update where they note their error in referring to a Medal of Honor "winner" as opposed to "recipient".
Corrections are nice when mistakes are made.
3) "...he hated Christianity and enjoyed smut".
As opposed to those who love Christianity and enjoy smut.

Spurwing: Do you think the MSM will ever call or define the shootings at Fort Hood an act of Ismalic fanatic terroism, or a Islamic terrorist act which is what it is? I doubt it.
