Morning Briefs: Stuff You May Have Read Somewhere Else

Posted by Gregory of Yardale at November 4, 2009 6:00 AM

Good Morning Campers and the Fussy, Uncooperative Moonbattery Server,

Item Number One:
As you may have heard, the gubernatorial elections in New Jersey and Virginia were won by unpopular fringe party candidates. The unpopular fringe party candidate in Virginia won by 17 points and increased the unpopular fringe party's representation in the House of Delegates by seven seats. The unpopular fringe party candidate in New Jersey was massively outspent by his Democrat opponent, who received massive support from popular infallible president Barry Soetero (who campaigned in the state six times on his behalf), and who was supported massively by organized labor.

Item Number Two: Gay Marriage l-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-s-e-s in Maine! Supporters will tell you this defeat means nothing since Maine is probably one of those deep-red, Bible-Thumping, southern states. Advice to Mormons in Maine: Arm yourselves.

Ace points out that this is a huge win for B. Hussein Obama, who opposes gay marriage just like Carrie Prejean does, but, for some reason, doesn't have whackjob gay-marriage supporters hanging him in effigy or displaying a chopped carcass representing his body as a Halloween decoration.

Item Number Three: HHS Secretary and Partial-Birth Abortion fanatic Kathleen Sebelius has designated $250,000 (annually) in taxpayer/borrowed Chinese money to establish a "National Resource Center for Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, and Transgender Elders." (Hat Tip: Karin)

WTF? Why in an era of Trillion dollar deficits is this administration blowing money on queer geezers? I'll tell you why, it's because some group of octogenarian Judy Garland fans somewhere raised money for his campaign, so Obama pays them back with grants and political appointments. (Queer is a PC word, BTW. It's no longer considered derogatory. So, you can use it with wild abandon, as in, "Goatse Wellstone is a flaming queer.")

We close with a salute to Mr. Deeds, Mr. Corzine, Ms. Scozzafava (and by extension the NYS Republican party {RINOs}), gay marriage supporters, and all the hosts at MSDNC.

Good morning, losers

Comments

"octogenarian Judy Garland fans.." I am still laughing. Also, thanks for letting me know I can still call my queer neighbor a queer (who isn't really queer but acts like it).

Posted by: czuch at November 4, 2009 9:15 AM

Hey Yardale, I see you are adding names to posts again. That 7:50 post was "anonymous" originally.

Love to see how you support the first amendment, by changing what people post.

Posted by: Lao at November 4, 2009 9:21 AM

Nice to see how completely clueless you are about the First Amendment, you Canadian queer. It bars the government from censorship, not individual citizens.

And the substance of your post wasn't altered. Your name was put on it. Nothing more.

Posted by: Anonymous at November 4, 2009 9:31 AM

Laugh out loud Yardale. What's wrong, no sense of humor? Isn't that what you constantly accuse the left of?

You don't like it when I give up on being anonymous and call myself Gregory of Yardsale??

Will you diligently change people's names when they highjack mine? No, of course you won't.

What's next, editing our actual posts? I wouldn't put it past you. You are terrified of opposition.

You LOVE the first amendment except when people who disagree with you use it, then you set out to sabotage it.

Posted by: Lao at November 4, 2009 9:34 AM

Laoser,

Your ignorance is showing. Again. This is not a government run operation. You have no 1st amendment rights here.

Nobody changed what you posted. They just identified the pussy that wrote it.

Posted by: Richard C. at November 4, 2009 9:34 AM

Right, it's not a government run operation. You can feel free to sabotage discourse here to your heart's content.

Is that really how you want to play?

Posted by: Anonymous at November 4, 2009 9:40 AM

Please stop picking on my little boy. He tends to wet himself submissively and I'm tired of laundering his underwear.

Posted by: Lao's Mother at November 4, 2009 9:41 AM

Well, I have a microphone, and you don't, SO YOU WILL LISTEN TO EVERY DAMN WORD I HAVE TO SAY!

Posted by: The Wedding Singer at November 4, 2009 9:43 AM

Laoser,

"sabotage discourse"?!? By identifying your post with the proper name?

How do you manage to tie your shoes without strangling yourself? Or does your Mom still buy you the shoes with the Velcro straps?

Posted by: Richard C. at November 4, 2009 9:45 AM

The reason people on the left started using "anonymous" was because people on the right highjacked their names. It made the back and forth of discussion difficult to say the least, which, of course, was the purpose.

It's unfortunate that I raise questions you would rather not address. Like this one:

Just yesterday Rush posted this on his website:

"(When Hoffman wins) the State-Run Media will say, "New York-23, the race is more about the demise of the Republican Party and anger on the right than Obama or his policies."

Hoffman lost, so that must mean Obama and his policies just earned a nod of approval, correct?

Posted by: Lao at November 4, 2009 9:56 AM

Shut up Lao, I have a headache. Newsflash: You don't own this site, and those that do can do whatever the hell they want with your post. Including banning you. Which they don't.

Posted by: Karin at November 4, 2009 10:01 AM

Or does your Mom still buy you the shoes with the Velcro straps?

Oh, I wish he could handle velcro straps, but he claims they "bite his fingers." It's all slip-ons and pom-pom boots for that boy, and I have to lace up his pom-pom boots.

Posted by: Lao's Mother at November 4, 2009 10:04 AM

Hey Loaser, it's New York.. they're gonna beat themselves up and vote for the leftists 9 times out of 10. But Virginia and New Jersey where your boy Barry Hussein stumped... gone, done, over with. People are fed up with the left's sh*t and it shows. Now if the conservatives can win in 2010, maybe they can get the economy back on track and fix America instead of continually raping it like Hussein has with his massive spending and wealth redistribution.

Posted by: Atomic Lib Smasher at November 4, 2009 10:08 AM

Scroll up to the top thread. Yardale figures 2010 is lost for the Republicans and that Obama will take a second term in 2012.

9 times out of 10 Atomic?? NY 23 has been Republican for ages.

Owens goes to the house where he gets to vote on policy. The governors don't.

Posted by: Lao at November 4, 2009 10:21 AM

yea but Owen is only in office until Jan 2011.
he will be replaced in 2010.
The Governors are there for 4+ years

Posted by: blue at November 4, 2009 10:26 AM

Good point, blue. A Democrat has been elected for one year. Is that worse than electing a RINO that would have held the seat for a decade or more?

Scozzafava was no moderate. I wouldn't call her a radical leftist like some have, but she was rather too far to the left on card check, taxes, spending, and abortion.

LMAO! HAHAHAHAHA!

Posted by: SK at November 4, 2009 11:53 AM

Laugh out loud Yardale. What's wrong is I have no sense of humor. It is a serious problem on the left.

You don't like it when I give up on being anonymous and call myself Queen Pissy Pants, do you??

Will you diligently change people's names when they highjack mine? No, of course you won't. BAAAW!

What's next, editing our actual posts? I wouldn't put it past you because I am a paranoid little whiny bitch. I am terrified of opposition.

Lao, let me get this straight...

You post anonymously, and then your name is actually put to what you said. You're "outed", and you get all whinybitch about it....

So does this mean you oppose the Democrats on "Card Check"? Or is anonymity only good when it's you on a blog (where there are no real repercussions if you are 'outed), but evil and bad when it actually could affect someone's job?

Posted by: hiram at November 4, 2009 12:06 PM

Since you apparently don't pay attention Hiram....

The reason people on the left started using "anonymous" was because people on the right highjacked their names. It made the back and forth of discussion difficult to say the least, which, of course, was the purpose.

It's unfortunate that I raise questions you would rather not address. Like this one:

Too bad liberal moonbats but the residents of MAINE have rejected same sex marrage and they dont have a 9th circut court to enforce stupid liberal demands

Posted by: SPURWING PLOVER at November 4, 2009 1:17 PM

Lao, you didn't pay attention to Hiram's question on the card check and anonymity. How about it?

Also, I've been here awhile. People didn't start the joke posts using trolls' names until very recently. There have always been Anonymouses. You can't just make stuff up around here.

Posted by: Karin at November 4, 2009 1:19 PM

Isn't the right answer to Lao's idiotic question "Who cares what Rush said?" I mean, we on the right aren't part of a personality cult that makes our children sing songs to Dear Leader the way the left does with Obama. Rush was wrong. Big whoop. Who cares?

Posted by: Anonymous at November 4, 2009 1:50 PM

I like to hump goats.

Posted by: Lao at November 4, 2009 2:02 PM

Re card check, I have not paid enough attention to that issue to have an informed opinion. I have never commented on it.

Re NY 23 we see lots on the right claiming that the two governorship wins indicate dissatisfaction with Obama. So, doesn't the Democratic victory indicate satisfaction?

Then again, maybe that victory should be interpreted as a repudiation of the conservative agenda to purge moderate Republicans.

Limbaugh, Palin, Pawlenty, Giuliani, Thompson, the Club for Growth, along with right wing talk radio, the right wing blogs and the tea party movement dropped their chips on NY 23 and lost. What lesson do you take from all that?

Posted by: Lao at November 4, 2009 2:13 PM

Behold a name high jacker of my very own.

I wonder if its' politics lean to the right?

Posted by: Lao at November 4, 2009 2:16 PM

Me love you long time.

Posted by: Lao at November 4, 2009 2:22 PM

"It's rather telling," Jarrett sniffed, "when the Republican Party forces out a moderate Republican, and it says, I think, a great deal about where the Republican Party leadership is right now." It's rather telling that the White House persists with this pointless marginalization strategy as Gallup polls show conservatives continuing to outnumber moderates and liberals across America.

SNIP

But conservatives are not demanding "purity." They are simply abiding by Reagan's own wise counsel in 1975: "A political party cannot be all things to all people. It must represent certain fundamental beliefs which must not be compromised to political expediency, or simply to swell its numbers."

Re card check, I have not paid enough attention to that issue to have an informed opinion, but I will presume I know what I'm talking about anyway.

Re NY 23 we see lots on the left claiming that the 3-point Democratic victory in a three-way race indicates some kind of sweeping repudiation of conservative politics, while two Republican victories (including one by double-digit margins) mean nothing. It definitely means that somehow the likes of Pawlenty and Palin are irrelevant now, but that Obama definitely ISN'T a lame-duck.

Then again, maybe that victory should be interpreted as a repudiation of the liberal agenda to force healthcare reform down our throats.

Obama, ACORN, SEIU, CNN, ABC, CBS, NBC, along with left-wing talk radio on NPR, and the left wing blogs dropped their chips on the VA and NJ governorships and lost. What lesson do you take from all that?

Wellstone is gay. Gay, gay, gay, gay, gay. He may not know he's gay, but he is rooty tooty, fresh and fruity. And I don't know who his manager is, but he's gay too.

Posted by: Ianto Cooper at November 4, 2009 2:35 PM

I figured out why Lao is such a pansy. We on the right are used to taking shit. The mainstream media, the news media, the entertainment media ridicule our beliefs day and day out. We've gotten tough because we're used to it. But a little pussy like Lao isn't used to having his beliefs mocked, which is why he whines like a little pussy bitch because people say mean things about him on a blog.

Three words: Grow. A. Pair.

Posted by: V the K at November 4, 2009 3:43 PM

Most of the liberals I know are weak, castrated males who were probably neutered at birth.

Like Lao, GoW, Meh, and other assorted fruits they have no balls , no backbone and no brains.

Posted by: SK at November 4, 2009 3:47 PM

Poor V the K, poor SK, are you two related?

Unlike you, I never engage in name-calling personal attacks. I simply raise my points, ask my questions and sit back and watch you freak out as you realize you don't have a pat answer.

I can understand that the setback of NY 23 has thrown all your wonderful visions of a conservative takeover of the Republican party into doubt, and so it should. I will watch the right continue to self-cannibalize with great interest.

Posted by: Lao at November 4, 2009 4:25 PM

Keep the lulz coming, Lao!

Keep showing us how 'unimportant' the Republican victories were and how significant 1 seat in 435 matters more by constantly trying to sell the same Daily Kommunist talking points that other liberal dope-heads have been trying to palm off on a number of other blogs I have posted to/read today.

Oh, and remember to stop being such a pussy.

Posted by: SK at November 4, 2009 4:51 PM

One seat for one year, SK. I wonder if Lao will repeat the lie that the district has been Republican for 100 years; which is not only not true (a Democrat won in 1992) would have been impossible because of redistricting anyway.

As a result of NY-23, the NRSC has announced it will no longer get involved in primaries. This is a very positive development. Worth losing one seat for one year, I think.
