Los Angeles ACORNista Eager to Assist Child Prostitution Business
Posted by Van Helsing at November 20, 2009 7:27 AM
James O'Keefe on the latest ACORN video released by himself and Hannah Giles:
Lavelle Stewart, of ACORN in South Central Los Angeles, tells us she thinks we have to hook up with "someone who's on that international sex business level," that "14 and 15 year olds been traveling overseas for years," that she can do independent research for us, and that she has had meetings with Porn magnate Larry Flynt. As for laundering the sex money into my faux political campaign, Lavelle says, "there are ways, people do it all the time. Yeah there are ways, especially out here in California."
With only one exception so far, Chairman Zero's ACORNista friends are always willing to help anyone they think crawls around in the sewer. No wonder the Moonbat Messiah would like to have his extensive ties to them scrubbed.
Don't miss earlier O'Keefe/Giles ACORN gems — and hold on tight for what might go public if Eric Holder still won't investigate his fellow cockroaches. Andrew Breitbart explains:
Not only are there more tapes, it's not just ACORN. And this message is to Attorney General Holder: I want you to know that we have more tapes, it's not just ACORN, and we're going to hold out until the next election cycle, or else if you want to do a clean investigation, we will give you the rest of what we have, we will comply with you, we will give you the documentation we have from countless ACORN whistleblowers who want to come forward but are fearful of this organization and the retribution that they fear that this is a dangerous organization. So if you get into an investigation, we will give you the tapes; if you don't give us the tapes, we will revisit these tapes come election time.
We'll see what the chances are of getting a "clean investigation" out of the same Injustice Department that scuttled the prosecution of Black Panther thugs who intimidated voters during last November's catastrophe.
On a tip from Oiao.

It's too late to scrub them. The whole thing is too delicious for the many enemies obama has made. Wishful thinking megalomania on his part. "I'm the king of the world, I can get anything I want!" I don't think so, sparky.

Screw Holder and the thugocracy! Let them sweat it and release the tapes at opportune times, just as they have been doing.

BTW, Hannah Giles is smokin'!

Acorn, these are sad, ignorance, uneducated fools, that think wealth comes from a meeting of liberal politicians.
Acorn is trying to help, sad, ignorance, uneducated fools that think wealth comes from a meeting of liberal politicians.
That's been working good, hasn't it?

Does anyone else think Breitbart's message to Holder sounds like blackmail? Just wondering.
Posted by: Burt at November 20, 2009 8:34 AM
Thank you Andrew Breitbart. SOMEONE has to hold these *ssholes accountable.
And I wouldn't call it blackmail. A damn good old-fashioned threat, though...
Posted by: Fuzzlenutter at November 20, 2009 8:48 AM
Burt, I wouldn't call it blackmail or a threat, I would call it a promise. From someone who keeps their promises.
BTW, having read some of your posts, I would ask you, why are you complaining? As a lib don't you approve of this behavior vis-a-vis conservatives? Hoist on your own petard.

The destruction of the USA was from forces within. She went down without a fight as forces of Communism reprogrammed our youth who now believe that down is up, wrong is right, death is life and freedom is slavery.
Imagine that; this woman believes that girls serving as prostitutes is no big deal and done all the time. The last part might be true but the problem is that she lost her moral compass or maybe never really had one?
As this is shaping up, I can tell that at some point the USA is going to erupt in massive violence and civil unrest. It almost needs to since God fearing honest people cannot possibly be expected to tolerate all of this crime, dishonesty and treason for much longer.
If this were biblical what place would the USA remind you of? S n G? What is clear to me is that the youth of America has all been converted to believe in the Communist Party Line and that is no joke. This will not end well!

"approve vis a vis conservatives"
Still working on my first coffee, can you clarify?
Posted by: Burt at November 20, 2009 9:05 AM
I might be slightly off-topic. There is an amendment to the constitution that essentially states one can not be forced to testify against themselves. Applying this logic wouldn't the tapes that O'Keefe & Giles have made, be considered inadmissible in court. The tapes are theirs and as such could not be used to incriminate them. The same logic would not apply to ACORN because simply put, ACORN has no claim of ownership to the tapes.
As far as blackmail goes the only thing being demanded is that the AG do his job. An organization with voter registration ties, receiving federal money, has multiple allegations of impropriety and/or fraud. This requires investigation. Breitbart is not requiring conviction, only investigation. Thus no blackmail. If this was found to be blackmail, every complaint for any offense should likewise be considered. On a personal note I think Holder investigates, gets Brietbart's compliance, and then obfuscates the investigation into meaninglessness. Unlike other rodents I don't expect Obama's boys to eat their own. But watch out for the big ol bus ACORN.

Let's say I own a tape that shows you in a compromising position and make a demand of you or else I release the tape. Isn't that the classic blackmail ploy? Ownership of the tape is not the issue, the issue is trying to compell someone else by using the tape as a threat.

Here read this:
Jefferson City, MO (The Weekly Vice) - Alyssa Bustamante, a 15-year-old Jefferson City teen was arrested after she murdered her 9-year-old neighbor because “she wanted to know what it felt like”.
According to Jefferson City police, Bustamante stabbed Elizabeth Olten, slashed her throat and buried her in one of two graves that she dug a week before the murder. Authorities will not elaborate what the other grave was for.
Investigators say a search was launched for the 4th-grader after she was reported missing October 21.
Police found what they are calling “written evidence” that led them to Bustamante, who showed them where Olten’s body was, according to investigators. Bustamante was promptly arrested.
When asked why she killed the little girl, Bustamante stated that she just wanted to know what it felt like to kill someone.
Does anyone here understand my point by mentioning this?

I'm really shocked by the lack of any real investigative reporting from the media in this country. It takes the likes of O'keefe and Giles, and the funding of someone like Andrew Breitbart to hold our government to an accounting for what they are doing - and not doing. Of course the former mainstream media, now little more than shills for selling sponsor products, and lapdogs for the politicians, is outraged that a couple of kids would go around and trap people (victims) into doing and saying things that make them appear to be somehow criminal.
And then someone accuses these watchdogs of our rulers of bribery. It would seem America is slowly rotating upside down.

Let's say I own a tape that shows you in a compromising position and make a demand of you or else I release the tape. Isn't that the classic blackmail ploy?
No.
Where to start on this one? First, Breitbart isn't making a demand of ACORN, but of Holder, who isn't himself compromised (as far as we know). He's demanding that Holder do his job (first time for everything), and investigate ACORN, which is obviously a corrupt organization. (You cannot possibly suppport ACORN and its actions at this point, I assume?)
blackmail n. the crime of threatening to reveal embarrassing, disgraceful or damaging facts (or rumors) about a person to the public, family, spouse or associates unless paid off to not carry out the threat. It is one form of extortion (which may include other threats such as physical harm or damage to property).

"Screw Holder and the thugocracy! Let them sweat it and release the tapes at opportune times, just as they have been doing."
Indeed. It would not be much different from the sexual harassment allegations leveled against the Governator just a couple days before the recall election, other than the fact that the content of these tapes could very well be a LOT more damning than just a few counts of sexual harassment.
"Let's say I own a tape that shows you in a compromising position and make a demand of you or else I release the tape. Isn't that the classic blackmail ploy? Ownership of the tape is not the issue, the issue is trying to compell someone else by using the tape as a threat."
Burt, the difference between Breitbart's message to Holder and the example you offered is that Breitbart never said the tapes were of Holder in a compromising position. All he's basically saying is, "Look, we want this corruption being committed by ACORN and other organizations to be dealt with. If, as the Attorney General, you are unwilling to do your job and launch a full, clean investigation of the groups, with the aid of our tapes and our connections if necessary, then we ourselves will release the tapes come election time." He's basically saying that, one way or another, ACORN and the other groups MUST be exposed and held accountable for what they are doing. He's offering Holder the chance to do his job and properly investigate those groups, while saying that if Holder doesn't do so, then Breitbart will have no other way of seeing justice served than by personally releasing the tapes near election time, which will cause the public to realize how incompetent and agenda- driven Holder is.

Time for ACORN to be completly eradicated and have them buried in a garbage dump
Posted by: SPURWING PLOVER at November 20, 2009 9:46 AM
What's amazing here is the incredible ammunition these ACORN animals (Not racist. Anyone encouraging child prostitution is definately just an animal to me) are giving, for any conservative with guts to use. Breitbart is on the right way and the more vocal they are, the more the liberals will cower, since their only tactic is simply to pretend there is nothing to see. Damn scums.
Posted by: Jay B at November 20, 2009 9:46 AM
Burt this is 2 separate issues:
1. Ownership of the tapes as part of the 5th amendment claim.
2. Blackmail. The party being videotaped is not the party being requested action thereof. O'keefe & Giles are requesting no action by ACORN. If ACORN has a problem with the tapes let them file civil / complaint (criminal charges). Would it still be blackmail if the tapes were released with no request for investigation? I think the AG should investigate based on the claims of O'Keefe & Giles, the tapes just document their own statements.
Summary: The AG needs to (probably won't) do his job. Investigate fraud and other claims concerning any entity receiving taxpayer money or involved in government business (census, election canvassing, voter registration).

Is it customary for people to make public blackmail threats? That would seem to defeat the purpose.
One might almost suspect that ACORN's defenders want to change the subject.
Posted by: V the K at November 20, 2009 10:18 AM
Relax V the K, I wasn't "changing the subject" I was responding to what is in the thread. I just thought it was an interesting way to try to get government action.

So what? It's time to fight fire with fire.
Posted by: J at November 20, 2009 11:37 AM
Burt, I don't think it's "an interesting way to try to get government action". I think it's pathetic that anyone has to use such means to try to get the Attorney General of the United States to DO HIS FRIGGIN' JOB. The fact that such means have to be resorted to tells us all we need to know about "the most ethical and transparent administration"...
Or don't you get that?
Posted by: hiram at November 20, 2009 12:48 PM
We have to keep in mind that these are the type people that your basic "community organizer" would be working with in course of their continuous struggles with the law and workplace ethics. And funded with our tax money; I wanna scream!
I fail to see how working with these apes is a resume enhancement and qualifies you to be President.
On the other hand, being the governor of a state and living an honest productive life, trying to champion working people makes you an idiot.
Barrach Husien Obama

How's that Hope Change working for you?
