KSM Show Trial Script Has Been Written

The plan for helping Khalid Sheikh Mohammed complete the 9/11 terror atrocities is all mapped out. First the Obamination Administration postures as morally righteous in contrast to George Bush, against whom Chairman Zero continues to campaign, despite W last having run for office in 2004. Then KSM is granted a soapbox from which to denounce America and rally Muslims to the cause of jihad — which was the point of killing those thousands of innocent Americans in the first place. Finally, he is found guilty in the circus show trial, completing his martyrdom and allowing the Community Activist in Chief to pose as our defender from terrorists.
In a fair trial, KSM would very possibly walk on a technicality — like another famous terrorist, Obama's close friend Bill Ayers. But it's hardly a fair trial when the Attorney General and the President of the USA essentially guarantee the outcome in advance. Eyebrows have been raised even at NBC:
NBC: Khalid Sheikh Mohammed — can you understand why it is offensive to some for this terrorist to get all the legal privileges of any American citizen?
Obama: I don't think it will be offensive at all when he's convicted and when the death penalty is applied to him.
NBC: But having that kind of confidence of a conviction — I mean one of the purposes of doing — going to the Justice Department and not military court is to show of the world our fairness in our court system.
Obama: Well —
NBC: But you also just said that he was going to be convicted and given the death penalty.
Obama: Quack quack quack backtrack quack quack obfuscate quack quack quack quack…
America may never live down this catastrophic farce of a presidency.

You really think a lawyer wouldn't know better then not to say this? This is Obama giving his muslim brother a way to freedom. Then when that sniveling twerp Eric "where da white women at" Holder blames Bush when DJ Khalid "shiek shiek sheik" Mohammed gets a walk, or hell, when Eric "I'm gonna let the criminals out of jail to rape the white women" Holder just drops all charges and blames Bush for torturing his swarthy associate, and that dropping the charges the is only option to preserve American Justice. This will end with the 9/11 mastermind going free.

They're setting it up for a mistrial...then KSM gets a place in the Administration. Probably will be appointed the new head of the FAA.

Hey blue, do you think Obama will go along with giving 12 of his Czars time off for Jury Duty?
Instead, I hear the SEIU is conducting a lottery for the 12 jury seats plus four alternates.
ACORN is pissed their recent negative publicity has put them out of the running for KSM jury duty.

A few things I'm concerned about as VH mentioned, KSM might be freed on a technicality because... well, suppose if the judge asks him if he was Mirandized, maybe not... but he could be let go if that's the case. Lefties, I'd LOVE to get your input onto this. Especially if, as Obama said, he "is going to be convicted and put to death"... why even HAVE a trial? The evidence is already against him, he confessed.. why even HAVE a trial? ESPECIALLY in New York!?

The reason these trials are being held in New York is because Obama wants to inflict maximum damage on the enemy. Unfortunately for America, Obama considers the enemy to be the previous administration, not Islamic terrorists. This will be a show trial waged in the media, however it will be George Bush and Dick Cheney on trial. The idea is to air all the bogus charges of torture and unconstitutional treatment at the hands of the evil Republicans. Obama's hope is for nightly lead stories and daily headlines blasting Bush, with an ultimate conviction of a couple of bad guys despite the bungling of his predecessor. Whether or not KSM gets off is immaterial; Obama will get the credit for a conviction, and Bush will get the blame for any exoneration. This administration cares nothing for justice, they are concened solely with power.
