EPA Cracks Down on Cap & Trade Dissenters

We have a consensus on global warming all right — at least to the extent Big Government has been able to impose it. Here's what happens when Environmental Protection Agency employees try to alert the public about the looming catastrophe of Tax & Charade:
The EPA has told two longtime agency veterans and outspoken critics of the administration's cap-and-trade plan to remove any references to the agency in their critiques and to get approval for any future "outside writing projects." That includes removing their critical video from You Tube.
Laurie Williams and Allan Zabel, a married couple and EPA lawyers in San Francisco, have been railing against cap-and-trade proposals for a while. Most recently, they had a sharply-worded op-ed in the Washington Post that said current legislation would be ineffective and even counterproductive.
The couple stressed that the views they expressed were their own — not the agency's. But they also stressed that their years of experience with the EPA, and specifically working on other cap-and-trade programs, informed their views.

I mean, even though they're bought in to the whole CO2 nonsense, they've presented a strong case against crap and tax.

This puts the lie to the legislation pending in congress. It shows that, even if you are so stoopid as to buy into the greatest hoax ever perpetuated, there is a way to accomplish the foolish notion of working toward so called green energy without establishing the rob and tax schemes of algore or the other political thieves.

Yes, they have bought into the global warming hoax but their solution is less intrusive and gradual. The progression from fossil fuel to alternatives will be driven not by government but by the market as it has done over and over again since the industrial revolution with every successive technological change from transportation, communications, to medicine. We seem to have short memories and no historical literacy. At least they are intellectually honest about thier observations and understanding about the current big government scam and interference in markets.

Fine. The video proves that the whole climate change thing is a scam, which we already know it is, but still supports the false notion that climate change is human base and controllable. There is still that liberal ecological idea that government instead of the market can direct the energy industry in particular direction.
