Client #9 to Address Harvard Ethics Center

Posted by Van Helsing at November 12, 2009 8:24 AM

Our degenerate liberal elite rulers are redefining the term "self-parody":

Former New York Gov. Eliot Spitzer will give a lecture Thursday afternoon at Harvard University's ethics center, raising a few questions over what the prostitute-visiting ex-official has to say on the topic.
The engagement drew an objection from the former madam whose escort service provided Spitzer with high-end hookers.
According to The New York Post, Kristin Davis, who reportedly repeatedly supplied Spitzer with an escort, wrote a protest letter to the Edmond J. Safra Foundation Center for Ethics calling Spitzer a "man without ethics."
"I am greatly intrigued as to what Mr. Spitzer could contribute to an ethical discussion when as Chief Executive Law Enforcement Officer of NY he broke numerous laws for which he has yet to be punished," she wrote, according to the newspaper. "As Attorney General he went around arresting and making examples out of the same escort agencies he was frequenting."

But when it comes to violating fundamental ethical principles, Spitzer has left prostitution behind in favor of mass theft and economic slavery:

[Spitzer's] lecture is about the basis for government intervention in the private economy. The title of the lecture is: "From Ayn Rand to Ken Feinberg — How Quickly the Paradigm Shifts. What Should Be the Rationale for Government Participation in the Market?"

The answer: the only rationale for Demonrats like Spitzer to seize control of the economy is that they think they can get away with it.

"Eliot Spitzer Addresses Harvard Ethics Forum."

As Rush Limbaugh says, "You can't make this shit up."

Either the folks at Harvard are incredibly dumb or incredibly politically-driven from the far left.
I am betting upon generous doses of both.

Sex toy spam in an Eliot Spitzer thread. How strangely appropriate.

Judith, you're right on the money. I'm doubting it was "ethics" in the headline that alerted the spammers.

That has got to be the most hilarious "spam" I've ever seen on a blog.

MADNESS! A prostitution service maddam outraged about a speaker at the University of Harvard center for ethics! Who does she think she is, a government czar?
Next thing you know a prominent Catholic university will offer an honorary doctorate to some partial birth abortion supporting politician. Oh wait.

Ironic that a Madame is lecturing the former Governor on ethics. How far have we sunk when our government officials can be looked down upon by souteneurs?

Just what I expected from you guys. Nothing but uptight responses from uptight wingnuts. Spitzer was convicted of the same 'crime' that President Clinton was and that is having a good time.

That is something that the Christo-fascists on the right would never approve of.

Sheesh, Lao, even Bill Clinton was never accused of frequenting an escort service while at the same time attempting to send people to jail for being part of escort services!

Spitzer is a liar, a blackguard, a hypocrite, and a stench in the nostrils of honest men.

If actor Ed Lauter was a little bit younger, he could play "Client No. 9" in the movie.

Speaking of "No. 9"......

Jack Ryan (ex-husband of actress Jeri Ryan, who played the Borg Seven of Nine on Star Trek: Voyager) was forced out of the Illinois Senate race because of a "sex scandal", which led directly to the election to the senate of one B. Hussein Obama.

The "Sex Scandal" in question? In a child custody battle, Jeri Ryan alleged that Jack Ryan had taken her to sex clubs in several cities. The decision to release the divorce papers outlining this were the direct result of political pressure from Obama's handlers, and release of these files went against both parents' direct request.

As Jim Oberweis, Ryan's defeated GOP primary opponent, commented that "these are allegations made in a divorce hearing, and we all know people tend to say things that aren't necessarily true in divorce proceedings when there is money involved and custody of children involved."

So......Jack Ryan gets booted out for allegedly wanting to have sex.....with his WIFE.

This is what the Liberal Neofascists call a "Scandal".

But.....New York State's Chief Law Enforcement Officer commiting illegal acts and consorting with the same criminals he's supposed to be prosecuting? Nahhh, nothing to see here.....it's just about "sex", and the Republicans are just uptight...and, can't we all just "MOVE ON?".

Double standard? Nahh.......

And speaking of "ethics"....and irony:

(CBS/AP) Former Gov. James E. McGreevey is teaching ethics, law and leadership at Kean University.

.....When he was in office, McGreevey was often criticized for the appearance of ethical lapses.

"It seems to me, Jim McGreevey teaching law and ethics is a little bit like Doctor Kevorkian teaching health maintenance," state Republican chairman Tom Wilson told the newspaper.

McGreevey resigned after announcing in August 2004 that he was "a gay American" who had had an affair with a male staffer.

The male staffer named by McGreevey — Golan Cipel — was hired by the governor in 2002 to a $110,000-a-year homeland security post despite having little experience. Cipel has said he isn't gay and accused McGreevey of sexually harassing him. McGreevey said Cipel tried to blackmail him and that he resigned rather than succumb to threats.

Yeahhhh.....Ethics....THAT'S the Ticket!!!
