In case you thought the story of moonbat bureaucrats holding a cabinet meeting underwater could not possibly be for real, here's video:

Okay, I'm convinced. Let's put the entire Third World on welfare because we caused all this warm weather we've been having by not switching to curlicue light bulbs quickly enough, thus making the seas rise.
